Location, quiet with lovely surrounding restaurants Shower a little small but that maybe the case in all hotels as this was my first visit to Poland

The nearby environment, historically interesting and a wide choice of good eating places

Fantastic location and wonderful breakfast No air con or any details re using TV etc in the room, would have benefited from a rubbish bin too

No ac which is my fault not to check it prior to booking, the room was on the second floor and would get little warm at night. We got ants infestation during the night on the last day of our stay. Very outdated bathroom

Very dark area. Hotel not a bright as pictures on booking.com Too dark

The hotel was well situated, central to all places of interest. The hotel and area was "dark". Would have prefered a lighter area and atmosphere. Not the fault of hotel or area just our preference.

Comfortable and in a great location. Staff was brilliant especially the lady who makes breakfast, plenty of choices, freshly made would highly recommend.

Heart of the Jewish Quarter lots history quiet on a nighttime was ideal. Uber cost £2 to main square i would only use uber the rest are really expensive. Hotel is Oldbury cheap and cheerful beds aren't the best but we only stayed 3 nights. It is value for money. Breakfast was included lots to choose from. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels, u must leave them on floor for them to know. Reception is open from 9 to 7 and very helpful. We arrived late on Sunday but instructions were sent on messages. Only downside was the beds .

The location was the best you could get, in the middle of the Jewish quarter surrounded by bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with a great variety of cold buffet and choice of scrambled egg.

Superb

Breakfast was great, lot of different items and bread was good. They served also crambled egg with bacon which was nice. Location was great, it was in the heart of Jewish quarter. Room was clean and there was still the 18th century feeling we liked. Hotel stuff was very friendly.

The location is fabulous- right in the heart of the Old Jewish Quarter. Easy to access. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. Check out was at 11 am, and we planned to explore the area. The hotel looked after our bags until we collected them at 5 pm, so that was very helpful. Check-in after 7 pm was easy enough, but could be difficult in the rain or dark if you dont have a torch to see the numbers you need to punch in. We had a lot of stairs to climb to reach our room, which would be difficult for some people.

Exceptional

Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety. Perfect location in the Jewish quarter. Our flat overlooked the square, which had several restaurants. It was not noisy, however. Easy walking distance to Old Town. Dom Casimi is not a five star hotel, but the place has lots of character.
