the location was good, in the Jewish ghetto neighborhood, the toilets were clean, and the staff friendly. the breakfast was less than basic. Very few options and they were low quality. the beds were quite uncomfortable, the double bed is not double, it's 2 adjusted single beds with quite old mattresses that have a curve in the middle making sleep not very pleasant

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Estera. Everything was wonderful — the location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and our room was very clean and comfortable. A special shout-out to Jakub at the reception. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional, and he made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We will be back! N/A

The location is unbeatable! The size of the room and comfort. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety Because it is so close to a lively central square it can get very noisy Friday and Saturday night so bring earplugs.

The hotel itself was fine, but I was extremely disappointed with the price I was charged. I paid 1,787 PLN for 2 nights in a Superior room, which is far above the normal rates for this hotel and this room category. After checking the usual prices, it seems that I was affected by a pricing error or an incorrectly displayed rate. Because of this, I felt overcharged and the value for money was very poor.

Location was excellent, buffet was nice and staff was gracious. We had a 3rd floor superior room that faced the square and it was noisy all night. When we moved to first floor and opposite side, it was much more comfortable.

Not a 4-star hotel at all. Very basic and dirty. We got a room facing a construction site. The showers had nothing but body soap. There are much better hotels around — not recommended.

Location, spacious and well kept room, clean, very nice bathroom with large bathtub and drying rack, friendly staff Power outlets shut off when leaving the room, only got one key, can't stream from phone to the TV.
