A gorgeous, small hotel in an excellent location. The staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful - from the kitchen (great breakfast) to the front desk. Robert, who welcomes people, made my son and I feel indeed very welcome and was helpful at several points. Every hotel should find their own "Robert" - though the young ladies at the front desk were always smiles and consistently went beyond what was merely needed or useful. As gracious a staff as I've encountered anywhere, my entire life. There's also an excellent dinner menu - and you can dine in 3 locations, including a rooftop terrace. And whether it's walking through the historic Jewish quarter or jaunting into the center of town, everything is close by and an easy walking distance. There was nothing I didn't alike. I would gladly go back and likely will.

This is the perfect place to visit Krakow and its surroundings from. Trains, shops, and restaurants are all close by, but the hotel also has offers to organize everything individually. I liked the Jewish quarter where the hotel is in for its lively atmosphere, too.

Breakfast was fabulous - the room extremely comfortable and clean, and the location perfect! Close to transportation, very convenient location to major sites and restaurants. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic location in the charming and lively Jewish quarter - delightful square surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. A 15 minute walk to the Old Town. A super roof bar to relax and look out over the area. Nothing worth mentioning

Gorgeous hotel with profoundly moving history. So many thoughtful extras like the stunning motion sensor nightlight in the bathroom. The front desk was more than helpful and accommodating to our specific needs. The location cannot be beat - it is utterly delightful. We didn’t want to leave. Absolutely nothing.
