Great location and foods with helpful, friendly staff Uber functioning zones

Breakfast area looked good but we only used it for coffee since we wanted to explore local cafes which there are quite a few just steps away. The reception guy seemed rather unfriendly, but the girl working the day shift was very nice. The rooms were fine, not much to complain about, with bathrooms updated. No USB connections to charge anywhere in the room, that was weird. The location was hit and a miss. If you like lively but not very upscale neighborhood then this was good. If you prefer more refined place then this is not it, especially the Nowy Plac area being quite sketchy, so I'd walk around the opposite of that towards Szeroka street, that's much cuter.

The hotel is located in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow, a few tram stops from the old town, which can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. The hotel's services are impeccable: friendly and helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness, rich and diverse breakfast, for all tastes. I have nothing to complain about!

The hotel is located in the heart of the Kazimierz district, near the Corpus Christi Basilica and Rotunda. It's a cozy, quiet location, with many bars and cafes within walking distance. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Parking is a bit tricky – you can't park near the hotel without a special permit. However, you can find paid parking (hourly) nearby. There's not enough space on the street for a coffee table and a smoke.

Fantastic hotel in a great location Don’t think we could have found a better place to stay in Krakow Nothing

I really liked the hotel. It was in a good neighborhood very close to restaurants and fast food options and only a 15min walk from the old town of Krakow. The staff was very friendly. Especially the girl that welcomed us upon our arrival, that gave us a lot of details on where to go and what to visit. She also booked us a trip to visit Zakopane, a small snowy town that is worth visiting. We really enjoyed our room, which was spacious and clean. The breakfast at the hotel had a lot of variety, it was tasteful and it was very nicely placed. In general, the whole experience was great!!!

It was in a really cool location surrounded by loads of great restaurants and bars. The room was modern and well equipped and very comfortable. I felt at home and safe there. The only minor point of improvement would be for the room cleaners to be a little more thorough about replacing used glasses and coffee capsules.

This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city. It is clean, warm and cozy and had a lovely breakfast. The room was a nice size, everything we needed for a base while we explored everything Krakow has to offer. Reception staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything.

Everything. well located, in Kazimierz but well accessible to rest of city and transport. Polite, helpful staff, new rooms mine with balcony. Spacious enough. I wanted to book more nights after a couple of days away, but they were fully booked
