We came with 3 kids, so one staying for free. (5people). Family apartment was a good choice Only one fridge for all rooms, poor tea choises for late hour arrival.

Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Easy to access room with elevator or stairs. Washroom has what you need. City centre is easy accessible by transit. Great value. Parking extra. No A/C.

Great staff, always supportive. Breakfast is also very good, had all the basics: cereals, yogurt, coffee, water, juice, scrambled eggs, bread, cheese and some cold cuts. We were able to enjou the meals. Room cleanliness is lacking. There was a layer of dust on top of the desk where the TV was placed. Also, the TV was covering a larger mirror, making it useless. Besides that, no air conditioning, and the mattress and pillow were too thin, so we had back pain when waking up. And due to the heat, we left the windows open, and the surrounding was somewhat noisy.

The location was great for visiting our family in the area outside of Krakow. The room was nice, bed linens clean, and fresh towels daily. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again. The bathroom is ok but the shower needs a deep cleaning. In the evening there was often a group of people standing outside smoking infront of the hotel entrance doors.

A great economy hotel that surpasses the standards of big-brand economy hotels. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful—special thanks to Mrs. Beata for her kindness and cultural awareness. She immediately recognized that I am a foreigner speaking Polish and adjusted her communication, speaking calmly and clearly, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast was better than what most big-brand economy hotels offer, and the homemade-style lunch was both delicious and convenient. Additionally, the room was spacious and well-maintained. Another great advantage is the hotel's monitored car parking, located just about 10 meters away, available at an affordable price. The hotel is also just a few meters from a supermarket, which is very convenient for any grocery needs. I was on a short, practical visit to the city, and all these thoughtful touches made my stay smooth and hassle-free

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Old hotel with old rooms, quite noisy in the lobby. The shower was a bit dirty, and the soap for the hands was missing (the bottle was empty).
