Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Room was not well stocked. WiFi was very spotty and unreliable. Full-time travelers with kids and definitely would NOT stay here again.

Clean, beautiful surroundings The property was great, but a few communication issues. 1. We arrived at about 10:30pm, called beforehand to let them know we’d be that late. We were told to go into the restaurant for the key. Problem is there are 3 restaurants so we went to the other 2 since you drive past them first before we found the right one, the third one. 2. After getting the key and a map, we tried to drive to our bungalow but there was a gate with electronic arm blocking the road. We thought it was montion sensored or we needed a key, but we finally went back to the restaurant to ask and he said the gate closes at night so we must walk to our bungalow from the restaurant. It wasn’t far, not a huge deal, but would’ve made sense to mention this to us when we checked in. 3. no where did it say that you needed to bring your own soap or shampoo for the bungalows. We’ve never stayed at a campground before so while I understand it’s not a hotel, international travelers may not know to bring their own toiletries. We arrived at about 10:30, went to the bathroom and had to walk back to our car to get hand sanitizer.
