Our Hotel is located about 1.2 mi away from our private beach named "Utopia Beach Bar & Restaurant. All rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable channels. At the hotel, every room comes with a desk. Hotel Utopia provides certain units with sea views, and every room includes a balcony. All rooms at the accommodations feature air conditioning and a wardrobe. A continental breakfast is served each morning at the property.

Room had a good working airco. Enough breakfast options to choose from. Perfect location near the beach. Room size could be a bit bigger. But for our stay it was fine.

Location is great. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great fresh bteakfast. Room clean and large balcony with sea view. Parking in front of the hotel.nice bathroom and comfy bed. Is not a fault of the hotel but weather was ugly ;-)

Nice modern design, very close to the beach , lovely and very friendly stuff Just tiny things as missing shelf in bathroom..but no negative comments on this, causing no discomfort

I'll start by saying that it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is luxurious, extremely clean, with exceptionally kind and courteous staff. In terms of location, it's very close to all the beaches, and the parking area is safe. I highly recommend it with full confidence, and I would definitely return to enjoy their services and the staff's outstanding friendliness. It would be hypocritical for anyone to say they have something to complain about regarding this hotel; everything was perfect.

The hotel looks very modern and well maintained, everything super clean. All staff super friendly, views from the hotel were the best. Breakfast personally had lots of options, it was buffet style and was always supervised so the food was replished and hot every morning plenty of food for all guests. Requested top floor and this was the best idea. Im sure all rooms are great but the views on the top floor are so panoramic. Restorant Veliaj very close by a pizza family run business was super nice and fresh and very good value for money. Great if you dont want to look too far for lunch or dinner Not applicable everything was great

It was clean. Near to the public beach. The private beach is not really private. Everyone can access is for 10€. It’s 30 minutes walk away from the hotel. There is no hotel shuttle. The beach is not included in the room price. In my opinion a bit to expensive.
