So clean, great breakfast, amazing staf helping with everything.

poor breakfast, no elevator - very tough to take 3 luggage- 3 floors upstairs, no 24h reception I had to look for them, they aren't ready for rain- they planned to pot all the guests outside for breakfast but it was rain so all the guests have to tighten up in tables near the reception

Everything! The facilities, the staff, the breakfast included, the clean linen and towels, the cleanliness of the building. I loved everything! Not applicable.

Location is quiet, near great restaurants and the beach. Beds were very comfy, wifi fast, and the hotel looked quite new. Esmeralda was always available to help with a smile. Breakfast was nice, and varied considering such a small hotel. Nothing that bothered us much as we wake up early, but there was music playing every morning at 7.30am, from the next door accommodation.

Breakfast wasn't good enough. Need a little bit more variety. Sometimes you can see a few things are missing. They fill it up but not on time.

The hotel looks amazing, clean, safe. The staff always nice and willing to help. We stayed 5 nights and they cleaned and change towels everyday. Breakfast was great. Nice swimming pool but we couldn't use it as the weather didn't help, too cold. (Mid April) I will definitely come back to the same hotel next time in Ksamil. ? Breakfast is cold if you are there after 9:30am Nothing bad, just wake up a little bit early.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly. Very modern, clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was super delicious, very fresh. The only slight issue for me was that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and the towels were incredibly rough and scratchy, no nice to use.

Good breakfast. Very good location. Only 5 minutes walk to beach. Friendly staff. Very clean, new and modern hotel. I really recommend you to visit Absolute hotel. Swimming pool was not heated and hotel has not elevator. Only madame on reception spoke English.

Everything was meticulously clean. Great location, central and close to the best beaches. Rooms were great and spacious. Comms via booking.com were great. Was able to let them know our flight had been diverted and that we would be late arriving. They made allowances for us to arrive whenever we needed to, so that was brilliant. I think face to face comms was lacking. No one went out of their way to say hello, hows things. I saw the owner/receptionist twice and she didn't make eye contact. Her partner dealt with enquiries we had but he had to phone her seemingly as there was a language barrier - it wasn't unfriendly, we felt safe and welcome by smiles of the family running the hotel, but just didn't feel like anyone went above and beyond to interact
