Vila Cerca de Mar

The view is excellent. I spent lots of time on the balcony. The location is very near beach clubs, shops and restaurants. Easy walk from the bus stop. The space in the room is really great. The finishes were very nice. AC was good for sleeping. I loved that you could close out almost all of the light in the room since all doors/windows had shutters/shutter doors that covered them. I'm a light sleeper and noise woke me up in the night, possibly from the business on the first floor. Shower was missing a door but didn't affect the use of the shower.

Really good location. The beach is just in front and many great cafes bars and restaurants in just a block away. Iced rolls is just down stairs. Free parking. Internet wasn’t great. Had to buy an eSIM. The kitchen don’t have a hot plate just a fryer pot thing and a washing machine would be really helpful

Terrace was fantastic and big. Close to the beach. Wet shower room and frosted bathroom door window. Needs a hot plate.

The location is great. The room and building in general was shiny clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. The view and balcony were pleasant and the apartment spacious and comfortable. The room we got had many flaws. The WC was inside the shower, with the sink in front of it, and the shower curb right where your feet are supposed to lay. It was very uncomfortable trying to stand up from the WC without having to grab the sink to help you pull. You could feel the sink moving a bit. One day it may get completely loose. On top of that, there was a permanent puddle of water inside the shower, just imagine using the WC in the middle of the night (you have to put some sort of shoes on, and deal with the water/dirt depending on the shoes you wore). The kitchen didn’t have a stove (we didn’t care because we were not going to cook, but we found it inconvenient given that the kitchen seems fully equipped). At night it can be a bit noisy outside.

Location was amazing and the balcony brilliant! Host was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us! Thankyou Shower was a bit small and the water leaked out into the bathroom floor so felt a bit messy . Couldn’t use the cooker .

Spacious and central to everything. Apartment is very secure as a lovely lady is in the office all day and late at night. Adequate facilities for breakfast. Market nearby and bakery opposite- Sweet Corner Noticed if you're driving, there's a parking spot reserved out the front. Second floor front balcony room absorbs the noise from the street, especially on a full moon night! ? ?

We got a nice spacious flat with sea view, which was really cool, and the property is very nice located (right in front of the beach, 2 min walking distance. The host was very friendly and receptive. The sofa bed in the living was a nightmare to sleep on, very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was stinking sewage our entire stay, we even had to keep the door close because of it.

We liked that it was very clean, the towels were changed daily, you can cook if you want.and you have a view of the sea. I have nothing to complain about, and we have been coming here for two years in a row.

Everything was in the best order, from the apartment and room service to your kindness and great professionalism on the part of Arta and Artur. We are in Alb for the first time on vacation and in general, we have come to the unknown and we are leaving with wonderful impressions. Everyting

Very nice and clean apartment. We were 3 persons in 2 rooms, and 2 balconies, on the first floor, but we had 5 beds, so the space for us was big enough, and it could be suitable for families with childrens. Very clean as they cleaned the room every day. The market, exchange, pastry, Kamay, Principotes beach and others were few meters away. Also good restaurants were few meters away. Also in busy and crowded Ksamil was very important to have a parking spot. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they even helped me with ironing board and iron. The apartment is equiped with hand soap, hair dryer, and also the kitchen was equiped, if you would like to cook. The noice from outside, but has nothing to do with the accomodation. If you close the doors, windows, thw noice will fade.

The sea view was great. Cleaning was very good. Free parking. Arthur and Arta was very friendly. One of the rooms was adjacent to the kitchen.

Great views, super friendly and helpful host, sparkling clean, perfect location in the more quiet part of Ksamil, everything in walking distance (1 Minute to beach, 1 Minute to supermarket, 1 Minute to several restaurants). It is the second time that we stayed at vila cerca del mar and we will be happy to return. Thank you sooo much for your great hospitality and the wonderful holidays! Nothing to do with vila cerca del mar, but Ksamil gets louder and more touristy every year, which we didn't like too much. Vila cerca del mar is still a great place to stay and I recommend everyone to book an apartment there.

Great location closed to centre and private beach. Very nice, helpful always smiling lady in reception. There was kitchinett only with sink, cattle, microwave but without cooker.

These are excellent apartments. Arta, the manager, is incredibly pleasant and friendly. Her constant care and desire to ensure the comfort of the guests are always felt. The cleanliness is impeccable, with daily housekeeping. Bed linens and towels are frequently changed. The apartments are spacious, cozy, and well-ventilated with plenty of windows. The location is superb, close to the sea, and these beaches are some of the best along the coast. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, almost at your doorstep. Great location, it's very close to the beach. Great and friendly people, who are always ready to help. Very clean apartment, comfortable bed. Good soundproofing, we didn't hear neighbors at all (hope they didn't hear our kids either ?). We also got a present - home-made wine from the owners. It was a pleasure! We really enjoyed our stay here. I hope to visit this place again! It's not a complaint, but advice - it would be good to have maybe some hooks for the jacket or a handbag near the entrance, and some additional shelves in the bathroom. But in general everything was great.
