Beautiful property, extremely clean, staff was fabulous, and the breakfast was superb!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ksamil. Easy walk to beaches and restaurants.

The staff were very helpful. Food was nice. The property itself is very outdated. It is not near a train station or bus stop. The only way into Bari was by Taxi. This is a cost anywhere from 30 Euros to 50 euros! Very noisy as right next to a highway. No air conditioning in the room

Overall we had a very good experience staying here from Wednesday to Sunday. The price was excellent for the off-season (around 50€ per night), and the hotel offers very good value for money. The location is great — about a 10-minute walk from the beaches and restaurants, which made everything easily accessible without needing the car all the time. The breakfast was good and a bit different from the usual buffet style. Each person receives a prepared plate, and the plate changes every day, which was a nice touch. There is also a small dessert buffet available. The staff were one of the best parts of the stay: super helpful, funny, welcoming, and always smiling. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our time here. The only downside for us was the noise in the morning. We stayed on the third floor while the breakfast area was on the fourth floor, so every morning we woke up early because of the noise of tables and chairs being moved.

Amazing hotel , good price (in May), good localisation, the staff is really nice! The breakfast was 10/10 homemade by the staff. It was perfect !

The breakfast was wonderful, cooked to order eggs, lots of fruit, great coffee, tomatoes and cukes were so fresh. The bed was comfortable and parking was easy. Very walkable to the beach and very safe. Highly recommend staying here. Personnel were so nice. Thanks

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spotless rooms and fresh linens. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was super delicious and the location was ideal. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place!

The hotel is well situated, big rooms with the best shower in Albania. But the very best is the staff. Especially Gerard is always available for everything, friendly, guest-oriented. The beaches are close by and the street of the hotel is quiet. Enough free parking.

Such lovely, helpful staff who went above and beyond. It was my partners birthday and they helped me make the room up beautifully. Then when we went for breakfast we were running late so they made us a to go bag. Thank you for everything! It was in a newly built up area and the road wasn’t even built yet which was a bit of a let down but all in all, really nice hotel and worth the short road to get there.

Very lovely and helpful staff. The location was excellent and the rooms were very clean. All in all, we had an excellent stay there, thank you! They give you a lovely selection of food for breakfast but it is not a buffet so you don’t get to chose. It would be good for them to check if people have dietary requirements, like vegetarian, as one day the main part of breakfast had meat in it. If you have no dietary requirements, this is not an issue. The rest of the breakfast was lovely.
