Vila La Familia

It's a new hotel, everything in the room clean, close to restaurants and the beach, easy to find, easy check in/out and plenty of free safe street parking. Good breakfast. The staff (Ardy) was super nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect from the owner ,the rooms was very nice ,modern very clean. Also the breakfast was delicious. The place is near to everything is 4-5 min walking to the beach close to centre . Thank you Vila la familia ? Everything was perfect

The vila is very beautiful, the service amazing, the staff are responsive to any questions.The room are clean, cleaning every day. All the beaches are nearly 5 minutes walk. Fur sure, I will come back ?? Nothing everything was perfect

The breakfast was absolutely ok. All stuff you need. Also, a lot of homemade food. 1O min by foot to the best beach in Ksamil- Bora Bora. Extremely clean and cozy place. The hosts were nice and helpful. I recommend this place 100%. We will visit it again. NO such thing

On booking the room title is "... Room with Balcony" so we expected that the room is on a higher floor and has a balcony but we received a ground floor room. We told this to the owner and he offered us an apartment at second floor without any charges. Very generous and kind, him and his mother.

Vila La Familia how can I even start An amazing place to stay so clean so tidy and mostly the host were so amazing so friendly so helpful with whatever we needed I stayed there for all week with my family I have small daughter when we entered the room her bed was already placed next to our bed which I’m very very pleased with what the host have done The rooms are massive so clean and so so tidy N/A

A very warm friendly welcome from the staff Room was very clean and comfortable providing all the necessary facilities Clean sheets and towels changed daily and room cleaned daily Coffe machine and coffe pods also a couple bottles of cold water waiting on the fridge which you don’t find in many places Free safe parking which it’s a big bonus Walking distance to the beach/shops and restaurants with a perfect location Highly recommended

The room was very clean and accessible. Hotel staff - I think a family altogether - were very helpful and responsive. I would recommend staying here as we had a good experience, and the room was new and cleaner than other locations we have visited during our trip.

We had an enjoyable stay, the hosts are very nice and helpful, the apartment is clean and has everything one needs (air conditioner, two Tvs, a kitchen, a private balcony etc). It also has a great location because it's only ten minutes away from the main beaches. We definitely recommend it!

Limpeza To start with, the location described on the website doesn't accurately indicate where the hotel is. They also don't send or respond to messages, so until we arrived at the hotel (we had to ask around on the street), we thought it might be a scam. Another thing that bothered me quite a bit was the fact that the bathroom didn't have a proper shower enclosure. You essentially shower in the entire bathroom, making it soaking wet, and then you end up spreading water all over the rest of the place. Additionally, this accommodation isn't suitable for children. The room has several areas, and the air conditioning is positioned in the living room where the single beds are. The air conditioning doesn't cool the double bedroom, even though it leaves my children freezing in the living room. So, my husband and I had to sleep in the single beds (to have access to the air conditioning), while my children slept in the double bed. Other thing is, having accommodation that hosts various guests and not speaking English is unacceptable. They need to have staff who speak English to make communication possible. Lastly, WI-FI SIMPLY DOESNT WORK. They don’t have WiFi

This is a great great option in Ksamil especially for families!! It’s super clean, close to the beaches and has everything right next door. It’s very rare in such touristic places in Albania, that they will change your sheets and towels every day.. but they do it here!! I recommend it 100%
