Clean room , fresh towels everyday. Tasty breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff. We enjoyed it.

Brand new property with all facilities. Breakfast was great with all varieties and view from restaurant was amazing. Lady receptionist was very helpful and always available to support. Nothing to dislike

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Ksamil! The room was exactly as described on Booking -clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything in perfect order. The photos online truly reflected the reality, which was such a pleasant surprise. What really made this stay exceptional was the staff. Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, but they were also constantly cleaning the facility, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized throughout our stay. On top of that, the breakfast each morning was a highlight, with different delicious options every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great accommodation, outstanding service, and a fantastic breakfast made for a perfect stay! I have nothing to add here.

This property had an amazing location. You can walk to the beach and many restaurants. Free parking is available. The family who runs the property is very nice and friendly. They also serve breakfast every morning. The facility is clean and well kept. Nothing.

Summer Point Hotel is one the most amazing hotels in Ksamil. 10/10 recommend, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the service is outstanding (especially the breakfast). The views are scenic and the area/environment is also safe and peaceful, within close proximity of the beach and restaurants. Our vacation has been an incredible one, thanks to SummerPoint hotel. Overall the hotel is run by individuals that are Family-oriented and do go above and beyond to provide a one in a lifetime experience . N/A

Perfect Place to stay, highly recommend, super clean, extremely nice staff and very helpful. Pool was perfect for the kids. Parking was on site. Only place in Ksamil to stay for you. Visited with 3 young children. Room was lovely. Nothing - all was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ksamil, and this hotel was simply incredible. Everything was great here: clean rooms, swimming pool, breakfast, good owners and location near the sea. -

It was quiet at night, very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty as well :) The swimming pool was great addition as beaches in Ksamil are busy and mostly full. I’d definitely choose this place again. Everything was perfect.

All staff are helpful, nice and friendly. The pool is clean and warm and the sun beds are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and varied with fruit, yogurt, cakes, bread, cereals, eggs, sausage, salad, juice, milk, coffee. Markets and restaurants close to the hotel. In the bathroom, I missed soap holders in the shower and also a toilet paper holder next to the toilet. I also missed a hygienic shower next to the toilet.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The stuff ere very friendly and helpful. The location is good as well.

Great value hotel!! Simple but it has basically everything thing that you need or at least we needed. Very clean and I guess it’s new, because everything is spotless. Breakfast was like the hotel, basic but very good. My kids loved the pool and the atmosphere at the hotel was so relaxed.

Lovely family run business. Very clean, modern spacious bedrooms. Staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful. Good location - easy to walk to centre and beaches and the bus stop to Sarande is across the road.
