I'm surprised in a good way, I expected less to be honest. The hotel seems brand new, super clean, great view (I saw people rumbling about building in front blocking the view... come on). Super nice and helpful staff, I understood it's a family business. Big room with a terrace (3rd floor - great view as well). Location is up the hill 12 mins from the beach, which some might consider downside, but it's really quiet and calm up there. Steep road upm to the hotel - an we love walking ;) Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but definitely enough even for late risers.

The water while taking the shower kept on switching between boiling hot and cold, there is a problem with the water infrastructure when most guests take the shower at the same time

The location is good, on a hill above main drag, close enough to walk to many restaurants and beach was 20 min walk. Pool and outside bar area is beautiful. Rooms are modern, decorated nicely, some have small balconies. Bed was firm but comfy. AC worked well. Breakfast was good and views from room and pool area were beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Need better coffee at breakfast, perhaps offer cappuncino, etc. Housekeeping came too late, after we were out all day, then back in room. Weird alarms on doors and ac shuts off when doors are opened.

The shower has no pressure and the water comes out in drops, breakfast doesn't have many options and black coffee is cold, the power goes out all the time

Lans hotel is perched on a hill with breathtaking views of the sea. The location was perfect offering a peaceful escape while still being close to the beautiful beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My room was clean spacious and had a stunning view of the sunset every evening. The hotel also had a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious foods especially albanian specialties and beside that they can make you whatever you wish for. I had a truly memorable time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway in Ksamil.
