Ori Mare Hotel

Everything! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thank you to Dave, who went above and beyond every day, whether at breakfast, by the pool or at the bar. He is a real asset to the hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable and had very comfortable beds, a powerful shower and a proper shower screen (no flooded bathroom!). We were also lucky to have a room where the sun never reached the balcony, so we could comfortably enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea views every afternoon and evening. The pools were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food that was always freshly refilled. Useful Information to future guests: The last uphill walk to the hotel is also quite steep (about 100 steps). Honestly, we had to think hard to find something! The only tiny downside was that the instant coffee in the room wasn’t replenished after we used it. But I’m sure we could just have asked

Everything was perfect. Service was great, hotel facilities and the rooms were modern and clean, 2 pools with good views, great included breakfast and free parking. Location was within walking distance from everything.

The staff were exceptional and gladly willing to assist with all needs. They were always smiling and very kind and helpful. They allowed for us to have a delayed check-out and called us a taxi with a good rate to get back to the city. I would stay here again! There is not much soundproofing between rooms, people moving furniture/chairs etc above and below.

Our room was with a sea view, it was stunning. The hotel was near by all the beaches and restaurants, we always walked although we did have a car. We had cleaning service every day. The hotel was almost brand new. The breakfast was great. There were 2 swimming pools, although we never used them. My recommendations: Beach - Prencipotes Restaurants- Guvat and Mussel house for the last night, it is a must visit! Bar - Vamos Visit: Vlore (stay on the way from Tirana to Ksamil) Beach himare (on the way from Vlore to Ksamil) Evening in Sarande with a dinner at Manxuranë. Day trip to Gjirokastër and Blue Eye on the way back. Nothing.

We liked everything from a hotel PoV. This is a great hotel to stay in and really recommend it. One of the best hotels I have been. We have been on the same floor where the breakfast was. And when we wanted to sleep a bit more, it was a bit challenging as the noise from the people, moving chairs was getting into our room as well. It was not a big problem for us, but it might affect others.

Yeah, it might be a bit far from the beaches for somebody, around 12 minutes on foot, but actually, this is a big advantage for those who appreciate peace and quiet, especially at night. The closer you are to the beach, the more nightclubs, loud music, and crowds there are till very late. The hotel has both open-air and indoor parking. The breakfast was very good, carefully refilled. Friendly staff. Nice view. However, Ksamil as a destination was not for us. I don't think it's a place for those who value delicacy and refinement, or for families in general. 10 - for the hotel. 7 - for Ksamil.

New property, exactly as pictured, modern spacious rooms with nice balconies, comfy bed and a good breakfast. The pool looked really nice although I didn’t use it. I found the location to be super convenient 2-15 min walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, beaches

The location here played on the to sides. Because the hotel is located on top of the hill, the view is magnificent, but getting to the hotel is hard enough. There's no shop or restaurant at the hotel or nearby. You always have to descend and ascend the hill.

The hotel is wonderful, the furniture is new, the view from above is very wonderful, the night view and the service are wonderful, with a swimming pool and a good breakfast. I had a wonderful time. You will walk 15 minutes to reach the famous beaches in the city of Ksamil.

Thank you for the staff of Ori Mare Hotel. The service of the quality was sincere and exceptional. Hotel has a private parking and it’s well located. You can visit any restaurant under 3 min by car. We will come again on the season definitely. :) Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Location was excellent and and service was really good, the staffs were amazing people.

Wow! What a surprise! Brand new hotel. Clean and quiet. Breakfest meets all the expectations (maybe slight variability would make it beeing perfect). Excellent and always helpful staff. Car is an advantage, but beaches are in 15min of walking range.... And 25€ prosecco as a gift at the check-out? So pleasing! We do highly recommend. Thank you guys.. :-)

Very nice stay. New hotel (second season) so everything was new, clean and basically not used. Breakfast was delicious! Room clean and maintained every day. Higly recommended -

The hotel was beautiful, very modern and clean, with great facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty to offer. Hotel location was far enough from the hustle and bustle of the bars and clubs but literally was only a 10 minute walk to reach them. Would highly recommend staying here, great value for money Nothing
