The food, the personnel and the location were amazing !!! I really loved everything!

Breakfast was lovely! And the pool was such a nice way to relax during the day with the sun! The room was plenty of space for two. And the staff were all very helpful and kind! One of the only reasons I can’t give a higher rating is that the power went off in the middle of the night and the emergency light in the room was way too bright with no way to turn it off or contact the staff easily. Otherwise a great stay and hotel! Also I would say that the shower could have been a bit cleaner in the corners

I thought it was beach side but then when I saw the topography, it would be difficult to be on the beach. It’s a nice 5-8 minutes walk.

Whilst not close to the beach (10 mins walk), the hotel was a good example of the type of new build, high standard finish that you see a lot in Ksmail. The breakfast buffet was extensive - sadly we were limited in choice as we are vegans. But the kitchen prepared us a lovely alternative option every day which we really appreciated. The room we were allocated on arrival was unacceptable and very disappointing. Believe it was the only room in the hotel like it - size and position ( obscured view on small balcony overlooking the back area of hotel. Room size only suitable for one person). But we agreed to stay in it for the first night and then they moved us to a much better ( as expected when booked) room - at front of hotel, with Garden View). Staff were very understanding and made the switch without question. So don't think this first night issue should effect the high rating.

Nice small hotel located in a quiet area of Ksamil, less than 10 minutes walk to the nearby beaches. Food from the restaurant was good (Blue Water salad was amazing!) Rooms and internal areas of the hotel were always very clean, nice well kept garden. Reception staff were helpful and offered advice on best beaches and bus timetable. Good WIFI. A nice stay in a quieter area but still with lots going on within a few minutes walk. Pool area was nice and quiet but needs a bit of TLC, broken tiles in pool, lights hanging out of the wall and steps in and out the pool were not secure. Mattresses on sunbeds were very dirty and always had to go hunting for a pool towel (hopefully all this will be resolved when the hotel closes for winter). Breakfast was nice but a bit confusing what things were most days, I think for the size of the hotel a made to order breakfast would be more appropriate and less waste for the hotel. Rooms are described as being soundproofed, we did not find this to be true and found the constant slamming of doors and hearing bathroom noise at all hours quite disappointing. We may have been a bit unlucky with the guests that were there at the same time who were a group who didn’t seem to care about how loud they were … at 3am and had little regard for other guests, we did raise this with the manager before we left.

The hotel is new, clean and nice. We had ground floor two room, one room with single bed, sofa & fridge and single bed. One with Double bed and en-suite bathroom.. tv's in both great air-con. maybe a little light entertainment in the evenings to encourage you to eat and drink at the hotel rather than going into town.

The staff at Blue Water are so friendly and attentive and they work really hard to make this a great place to stay. The hotel and the rooms are kept very clean and maid service daily. The pool and the bar/restaurant are then main draws for this hotel, for the first two days we had the pool to ourselves so felt very exclusive! The hotel is in a good central location but far enough away from the main bars and restaurants that it's nice and quiet. Good music played poolside too :) The rooms are a little on the small side so did feel a bit cramped and whilst there was a lot of choice at breakfast the quality could have been better, for example the fried eggs aren't kept warm (no-one wants cold and greasy fried eggs!) and the pastries aren't fresh, limited fruit options.

Blue Water Hotel Ksamil is very well located. A walking distance from the beach, but in a calmer area of the town. It is also conveniently close to the bus stop, supermarket, great restaurants and local bakeries. Their breakfast is super delicious! Good variety of savory and sweet dishes, fresh and delicious food! Shout out to the restaurant staff! They are super attentive, kind, and welcoming! Even though the outdoor areas and common areas are great, the private rooms lacked quality and comfort. The bed did not allow for a good sleep, the walls are thin, the room looked somehow unfinished. There is definitely room for improvement in this regard.
