Hotel was so clean and in good location

Parking is bit congested. And they have to be bit more flexible. We asked some coffee packets and they charged that aswell. They should provide some basic stuff to the customers who stay more than 1 day. Also they say kitchen is closed, when v asked for some water.

Everything is superlative, the cleaning is done daily in the bedroom and bathroom but the only unpleasant thing are the rules at the pool, it closes at 9 pm, when I asked a hotel employee if I can take a bath even though it was past 9 pm he smiled ironically and replied that only for 1- 2 minutes , work should be done on the operating hours of the outdoor pool.

Great place, well located, clean, staff super friendly, good amenities. They could benefit from a laundry service for guests

the family who owns it was so nice. my daughter wanted her pizza which was cold and they heated it up for her one night. they helped us with everything we needed. the place was so beautiful and close to beaches. excellent location! it was perfect and beautiful and safe!

The location was great, the staff were perfect and friendly with nothing too much trouble. This is advertised as a 4* hotel however ive stayed at worse 5* hotels. I would like to see the pool open earlier in the morning.

Great location, very clean, staff very pleasant and efficient. Rooms spacious and modern, towels lovely More coat hangers. The warm foods at breakfast were cold, but good selection.

Room was a bit small. There was a desk, but no chairs. Parking and entrance were a little hard to find due to construction on the street out front.

Very kind, friendly staff. Comfortable room/bed. Superb bathroom with excellent shower. Lovely balcony with views over the scenic local area. Breakfast spread was extensive. Good-sized car park. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.

The service was outstanding; particularly worth mentioning was the 24-hour reception where we were always greeted in a friendly, relaxed, and uncomplicated manner. We felt welcome from the very beginning. A daily highlight for us was the breakfast buffet: a huge selection, high-quality food, and long opening hours allowed us to start each day relaxed. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely cozy. Both the beds and the blankets met a high standard of comfort, ensuring we had a great night's sleep. Especially pleasant were the balconies, equipped with comfortable seating – perfect for winding down in the evening. In the bathroom, everything worked perfectly: The shower had excellent water pressure and always the right temperature. The blinds also functioned without any issues, providing privacy. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, everything appeared very well-kept and hygienic. The parking was included and very conveniently located, which made things much easier for us. We also liked the hotel's location – although slightly outside, we could quickly reach the entire city. All in all, it was a wonderful stay! We would definitely love to return and highly recommend the hotel. The only minor drawback was the somewhat thin walls: corridor noises and a generator running during the day were occasionally audible. Rooms on the generator side were more affected. Nevertheless, we found the hotel to be overall quiet.

Pretty new property almost like 3 years, and feels good. Accessible option to use stairs or lift, WC on ground floor. Awesome, polite and humble staff. I would like to name them for being so helpful and always ready to answer queries. Gerorda, Mirela, Amarildo, Anita, Rina and Mariana. Staff helped us to park the car, and guide the correct way to reach the hotel. Easy Check-in & Check-out, We've been asked promptly for requests and were acknowledged for our queries. Variety options for breakfast, and so good filter coffee. Smart tv with accessible apps, kids loved it. Location is so good, that you can walk to the nearby beach ( crystal clear water ) and access to food options. Pool was having cold water, still we took a dip . Bathroom sink design was a bit poor that splashed the water all over the mirror and the wall. It made a mess to clean a bit.

Such a lovely hotel in Ksamil with a straight walk to a beautiful beach. We stayed in April so the balcony hot tub was magical! They gifted a bottle of champagne with the hot tub suite which made it even more fun - and the view from the roof-level balcony was stunning! The room was plush and modern. The pool was very clean and beautifully lit at night. Lots of outdoor seating and shade for those that wanted it. The breakfast buffet was very big - lots of fresh items to choose from. The staff was so friendly and helpful - they found us a boat tour guide who then connected us with another tour to see Blue Eyes & Gjirokaster. They also helped us get a taxi to Saranda and anywhere else we needed. So accommodating and had all the connections to make our trip amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. It was beautiful, quiet, and luxurious - will definitely stay again ❤️ The bathroom could use another shelf for toiletries and maybe some hooks for all the towels used on a beach trip but otherwise I have zero complaints!
