My friend and I were harassed and physically assaulted by a stranger outside the hotel lobby. When we turned to receptionist Genci for help, he laughed at us, told us we were overreacting, and refused to let us change rooms even as the harasser attempted to access our room multiple times. He dismissed our concerns by saying the man had "gone off to find another woman to target" and refused to help us file a police report. We felt completely belittled and unsafe. The contrast with the rest of the team was stark. The female receptionist stepped in immediately, showing us CCTV footage, involving the owner, and arranging a room change. The owner personally drove us to a nearby restaurant afterwards, which was a genuinely kind gesture. Both deserve real recognition. The fact that a non-guest was able to enter the hotel and reach our room multiple times while a receptionist was on duty is a serious security failure. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to solo female travelers or groups of women.

Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel itself clean and tidy. Pool is nice and overall feels very welcoming Breakfast was pretty simple, not a lot of variety to choose from. The location is not great- at the end of Ksamil towards Sarandë.. but city center is about 10-15 minutes walk so wasn’t that much of an issue

Everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were very professional, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, and our room had a superb view of the sea. -

Location was perfect! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the centre of Ksamil, supermarket just down the road, opposite the bus stop if you want to take the bus to Sarande. Rooms were modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful There could have been more amenities in the room… tea, coffee
