Good location. Nice views. Overall clean. Mostly nice staff. AC didn’t fully work for our whole stay of 5 nights !!! No refund, no alternative room, no compensation… Breakfast was bad, tasted blunt (hostel style) Hair dryer was broken Toilet seat leaked water No room cleaning possible 2 of 5 days.

The staff is good and helpful. The view is good on the breakfast area. The pool is good and room is clean The location is too steep and high, difficult to park and take out the car. The breakfast is average and too oily We had to ask for big blanket. Also aur conditioning takes time to cool as it is located above the door

We would have loved the terrace rooftop bar to be open more often for drinks apart from just the breakfast. Otherwise, no complaints….. ☺️

Staff were super nice, location was good, nice rooms. Didn’t always have hot water, breakfast wasn’t very good.

There is no elevator so we had to carry our heavy bags

Perfect place for 4 nights is Ksamil. Close to everything, but far enough away to not have much noise. 5-20 min walk from everything. Staff was incredible.
