Location was incredible. Two minute walk to the beach, many stores within a one minute walk- grocery store right across the street. Was great having housekeeping every day in an apartment. Great seating area on the patio. Coffee served at the juice bar in parking lot. We loved staying here! The nightlife was all around, but we really didn’t hear it in our apartment at all. We were shocked, because the World Cup crowd was loud! It was a great stay!

I loved this hotel so much! The location was perfect, very central, walkable to all of the beaches in Ksamil, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was immaculately clean, modern, spacious bathroom, looked recently updated, had a nice balcony with partial sea view, and the bed was soooo comfortable. I slept so well. I only stayed for a week but I could’ve stayed for a month. I felt very safe and cozy there. The housekeeping staff was so nice and attentive. Also, the owners were the loveliest and most friendly couple. Upon checkout I asked the owner to help me get a taxi to the Saranda port, and he offered to drive me himself. So appreciative of that! If you’re visiting Ksamil and want an amazing and peaceful stay, I definitely recommend this hotel! Nothing

The property is in an excellent location, with spacious and clean rooms. Towels are changed regularly every few days, and the trash is taken out daily. The kitchen includes all the necessary appliances, from a toaster to a coffee machine. The property is located in the center of Ksamil and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Just 50 meters away, there’s a fish market where they’ll even cook the fish you buy. Nothing

Super nice and clean room, close to everything, has parking, and the staff were super friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend it to anyone going to Ksamil Nothing

The hotel was several blocks from the beach. Not far but not beachfront as listed.

The staff are very attentive and helpful. Our interactions were always pleasant and they always tried to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Since it’s downtown you are closer to the nightlife.

- very nicely put together rooms with adjoining bathrooms - they cleaned the property every day - amazing service! - they let us use their washing machine and dryer for just €5 - great location close to beaches and restaurants - free onsite parking - were there in quiet season in April so were the only people staying - good wifi - nothing. Really, really great place to stay.

The attention from all the staff was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, helpful, and very warm. The cleanliness was perfect! The room was fully equipped and super clean. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you for everything — you made us feel at home! We will definitely come back!

By bedrooms and ensuites, location The kitchen was tiny, this is a 2 bed apartment. Totally in adequate. Only one hot shower available on the first night, all the rest cold?

Good location, comfortable apartment with all the necessary equipment for accommodation. There were some problems that left us quite dissatisfied and sad. First they gave us a different apartment from the one I had booked, smaller, no kitchen and no sea view, the problem was only solved after much insistence. Second the owner was rude when she said that a fourth person was sleeping in the apartment and asked us to pay the daily rate, even my friend was staying in another hotel.
