The owners and workers were amazing people. Hard workers and always willing to help with a smile. Everything was nice !

The hotel was very clean. The staff helped us for every trouble we had . They were amazingly welcoming . They always have a smile their faces . the breakfast was also so good . The hotels location is very central you can walk everywhere from here . You will get more than you pay highly recommend

I enjoyed how clean everything was also the attention by the staff is amazing, this place is ran by a wonderful family who makes sure you feel taken care of every time they see you. Also the walk to the beach is a few minutes so that’s also a plus. Nothing it was a great stay.

Mama was very friendly and willing to help us on everything. The apartment was big, clean, with laundry machine and all the amenities we needed. The location was really good also. Highly recommended.

Mama Ronaldo was lovely, the accommodation was as described and we were able to do some laundry which was greatly appreciated!

The room is ok, and also the possibility to park the car. Ronaldo was nice and helpful, he also tried to find us another place when we asked for extra night (the place was fully booked). The bathroom was a pain. The WC flooded every time you flush the toilet. The bathroom is outside the room, it’s too small and we didn’t have any space for leaving our simple beauty cases, also because the shower doesn’t have any glass or protection. Every time you shower then the bathroom floods (quite normal in Albania).

We stayed 4 nights. It was an excellent experience. homeowner ronaldo and his mom ara very perfect and good people. we used the garden for everything. the place is so secure that we could put the children alone and go away. you can visit whole city by walking. thanks ronaldo and thanks mom for everything. there is nothing to answer that.

Location, cleanliness, kindness of owner/hospitality Exterior bath however its private next to the room. Not a big deal. Their upper class rooms have interior bath for still very great value of money.

I highly recommend Vila Ronaldo to anyone coming to Ksamil. We had a lovely stay here, and we were even upgraded for free! Ronaldo and his mother are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Ronaldo and Mama Ronaldo were the best, so nice and helpful. The room was great and clean, with a good location not too far from the beach and center. We will come back!

Great location of the property: it's around 7 minutes of walk to the beach and around 5 minutes of walk to a closest supermarket, restaurants, exchange offices etc. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom has an interesting concept, however we got used to it and had no issues with using it. As we read, this bathroom styles are something common in Albania. Overall, we had a great experience in Vila Ronaldo. Especially I would like to highlight how friendly, helpful and lovely host Ronaldo was! He cares about his guests and makes sure everyone feels welcomed. He helped us a lot during our stay and did it with a genuine intentions. Ronaldo is an amazing host and he makes Villa Ronaldo special among other places!

Ronaldo and his mother made us feel like home. Communication was really easy and they helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was really close to the beach and to the supermarket (less than 5 minute walk). We will with no doubt return to Villa Ronaldo if we ever come back to Ksamil!
