We had a lovely stay. It’s in a great location, nice pool, delicious breakfast. We reserved the rooftop family suite with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The only downside is that the two rooms were separated from the bathroom so you had to walk outside to get to the bathroom and it was insanely hot in the bathroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed the everything. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We would return and we would recommend friends and family to stay there. Just the semi-detached bathroom

Can’t rate this place high enough! 10 out of 10 ? - Location is fantastic and convenient with private parking spaces inside the hotel and central to restaurants, shops, bars and 5 min each direction to different beaches. - Staff is AMAZING! Every staff we interacted with was so friendly, ready to help and go the extra mile for an answer. - Breakfast is the best we had in Albania so far, huge buffet, fresh, lots of options and even changed every morning. - Room was big, comfortable, so clean, with TV, balcony and great shower. We came back every day to a cleaner room, bed made and the freshest, softest linen ever. With amazing pillows. We loved it and extended our stay for 5 nights and HIGLY recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much team!

Lovely new hotel, delicious breakfast, location was perfect, quiet nights sleep No tea and coffee facilities in the room, also had to share bathroom with another room, no en-suite on top floor.

The reception and all other employees are very interested and friendly. They had a solution-oriented approach to all our problems. The breakfast is great. It is spotlessly clean and close to the sea. There are places to eat and drink around it. Most importantly, there is a parking lot.❤

Hotel Staff was very, very helpful! They give us directions for beaches, places to visit and restaurants. REALLY HELPFUL! Breakfast was very nice. Location of the hotel is top to the main street with very good view of Ksamil. 1. THE MAJOR PROBLEM is the Bar-Restaurant NEARBY with VERY LOUD MUSIC from 19:00 - 00:00 o'clock so you are not able to sleep. 2. We were offered very nice room, a new one but without mosquito nets, so we choose another one where the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable and old.. 3. Generally the price paid is relatively high for Ksamil and compared to nearby Greece on same level, which probably will make guests to decide in favour of Greece.

This is a lovely, well run hotel . The staff are great and all caring very much to give you the best possible experience. The buffet breakfasts are amazing, lots to choose from, well presented, and served on a pleasant outdoor terrace. We were very happy with everything

Large room and nice breakfast, close to Ksamil bars and restaurants. Easy access to the beach Ensuite bathroom was a bit too small and had no good water drainage

It is hotel in centre of Ksamil, close to centre restaurants and not far from beaches. Room was large and good equiped, but directed to town center, which was annoing in the night - rush and loud. Personal was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and varied. It would be really good, if there was not noice in the night and also in our bathroom was smell of drainage.

Very friendly staff. Really good breakfast with a lot of different things to choose from. Mosquito net in front of the balcony door, so sleeping with open window is possible. It's a bit loud till 12 o clock because of loud music from a bar.
