The breakfast service could have been improved. The bird kept in the cage at breakfast was in a very small cage. Also the check in does take a bit longer than expected.

I had such a lovely stay. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. They let me leave my bags pre check in and post checkout. They also gifted me a glass of wine. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is close to everything but in a quiet area. I slept amazing both nights. Breakfast was wonderful and on the rooftop. I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe in this area and hotel. There was always someone at the front desk with a friendly smile. I look forward to recommending this hotel to friends and family and staying again. Nothing - excellent accommodation. They really go up and beyond to insure guests a nice stay

The breakfast is basic but sufficient for a good start. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The parking is convenient but with limited space in case the hotel is fully booked (which was not my case). Worth checking if you're coming in the season.

The hotel and staff all amazing, the hotel is spotless,great friendly staff and fresh breakfast every morning. Location is perfect walking distance to all the best beaches bars and restaurants. Little tip if planning on getting taxi to the port ask hotel to arrange this for you is cheaper and our 6:45am taxi was right on time as you need to get to ferry on time to transit passport control. All In all an excellent trip and would definitely stay at blue eye again. Nothing

Location is perfect, you can go by foot everywhere. The staff is just exceptional, very high in service and very friendly. Everything was just good.

This little hotel is run by the sweetest family. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the homemade jams. The pool is also really nice. I wish I had stayed somewhere closer to the beach

We LOVED our stay at Blue Eye Hotel! The rooms were super nice, the location was great, and we really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. But the absolute highlight was the host — truly amazing! So kind, friendly, and went above and beyond with helpful tips and warm hospitality. We felt so taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough!

There is a baffling array of hotels in Ksamil and many are recent additions, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy one as well run as the Blue Eye. On site parking is a real bonus and cuts out a lot of the messing around. It's set back a little from the main seaside drag, so there is no unnecessary noise at night. The room was very generous and spotless, and it looks like most feature a balcony. Granted there are no views to speak of, but it's a worthwhile feature. Shower pressure and temperature were all great, and the aircon worked well. It's a short walk to the seaside, and there are tons of dining options nearby. The breakfast arguably had the best range of options we saw in Albania, and proper coffee is served up. Weather permitting, it's on the rooftop, a nice airy relaxing space. Michael and his staff were unfailingly polite and very helpful, terrific hospitality. Google maps will lead you on some wild goose chase as is often the case in Albania, and hasn't been updated here in an age. The correct entrance for the Blue Eye is from the SH81 road. There is a small road opposite the Kastrati petrol station, next to Kioska Pollo. The entrance to the underground car-park is the ramp leading down to the right when facing the hotel. There are pillars in the car park and it can be tight, so the simplest thing is to pull in and hand Michael the keys to sort out everything. He slots in everything like a game of Tetris. Once that's done you can enjoy your stay.
