Really friendly staff. Emanuel drove us till burkiti Park one day and they made everything they could to make our stay confortable The breakfast could have fresh juice.

Where to start...Our stay was simply perfect, the building is quite new, room was spacious and super clean. We were given a bigger room than the one we had originally booked, we had a lovely balcony with chairs and a table and a nice view. The location is great, just a few mins walk from the best beaches and restaurant areas. The area around the hotel is quiet, we didn't hear any kind of noise from the street, although I should note that we went in April, which is considered to be low season even though it was Easter. It's a family business and the owner is really nice, he speaks good english and was very helpful at all times, sharing recommendations about beaches, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is served at the top floor with lovely views. It's all fresh food and there's a wide variety of options. We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends in the future. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Hotel is quite new and in a good location. The host (Emiguel) is doing a very good job in helping you. Had a nice sized room with a pretty balcony. Also liked the rooftop breakfast terrace. Nothing.

Exceptional

The location is perfect - 5 minutes walking distance from the best beaches and near all restaurants. The hosts were amazing - we arrived very late in the evening and they were waiting for us. They suggested good places for dinner and we're always helpful by providing various advices.

Great location, the friendliest staff and great breakfast ( fruit, veg, eggs, bread, sweets). Parking at the hotel is a driveway and you leave the car keys with the reception in case he needs to move your car. It’s in a quiet area and close to the action , there is a great restaurant on the right too 1 min away. Waking distance to the beaches too . I would happily stay here again. The only thing that might need some attention is shower area as you wet the bathroom when you shower. And would be nice to have a real hair dryer for the ladies.

Very lovely staff who mad our stay very confortable. The location is juat perfect. A couple of minutes to the beach and sorrounded by restaurants but still not noisy during the night-just perfect

The room was very spacious, clean and with everything we needed, including a small safe. The balcony was huge, perfect to sit there and see a bit of the life of Ksamil. The guy who helped us with the check-in and was around during our time there (I’m not sure if he is the owner) was really friendly and talkative; he even gave us some very useful recommendations. The location is perfect, a couple of minutes to the beach on foot and plenty of restaurants in the surroundings. The location This is very personal preference, but the bed was way too soft for my taste

Location, bathroom, and other facilities such as breakfast. The towels were a bit dirty, and the rooms were a bit smaller than expected.
