Villa August Ksamil

Nothing, everything was amazing.

All beaches are walking distance, clean rooms, a peacefull garden and very friendly stuff. Definetly worth for the money and would come back again. Recomenned to The bathroom overall was great but shower heads could be better.

The building itself and all the furniture are quite old, and the bed and pillows are not comfortable. All this could be forgiven, but the owner completely ruined the overall impression. For breakfast, you cannot choose what to eat — you are simply given the food (a very old-fashioned approach). One day, we were served French toast. I had previously informed them that I am allergic to gluten, so I politely asked if I could have plain eggs instead. The owner responded that he “could not help me” because “other customers would then ask for different food, and it’s not suitable for them.” I ended up bringing my own food, but when I tried to sit with my family, I was told I couldn’t for the same reason. All of this was communicated to us in a very rude manner. When we politely asked what would be served for breakfast the next day, the owner simply said, “I don’t know,” clearly unwilling to help. Overall, a very disappointing customer experience.

The only thing I liked is the location. It’s very close to the beach and bus stop.

Villa August in Ksamil is really good place we stayed at. It's in a great spot in Ksamil, every thing like the beach, pubs and restaurants located very near by. The place is very clean, every day the stuff cleaned it so wonderfully. The stuff who work there are super nice and did every thing they can to make our stay pleasent. It made my trip really nice. You should go there! Thank you so much Flo. I am so sure that who ever will stay at your Villa we will fill all the love that you and your husband give. God bless you thank you/

Spacious apartment, beautiful view from the terrace. A very nice cleaning lady who cleaned the apartment regularly. Very nice owner. Shops and restaurants nearby. Close to the beach.?

Clean, good location, good (free) parking space, well priced Booked two rooms. No hot water in one room, and the aircon in another room broke down (thankfully we were allowed to change rooms albeit the property owner took a while to attend to us - no staff on-site other than a cleaner)

Everything in this Vila was amazing.The area is safe,in a very good postion from which you can go everywhere easily.It was well-cleaned.The cleaning lady was very kind and politely to us. There is no word to describe such a beautiful place!

Good location The airco is not working well. The warm water is not work well in evening. The WiFi is not working well in sleep room

Friendly hosts:) Comfortable room with good air-conditioning which was essential! Not too far from the beaches with restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. A little pricey for Ksamil? Shower pressure/temperature a little erratic.

Appartment is big and clean No soundproof. You can hear how somebody in the next apartment pees and when somebody going to their apartment or opening the door

The villa is in the city center, on the main street, next to restaurants and supermarket and very close to the beach. The rooms was cleaned every day. Clean towels received every day.

The apartment was incredible value for money, very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Balcony view wasn’t amazing but no need when the beach is 5 mins walk away. The staff were amazing, waited up for us until 2am to check in after a delayed flight and all stood up to greet us everytime we left or entered the building. Always offering coffee and very friendly. Free secure car park as well
