MR Ramazan and his family were great, excellent facility at an excellent location, thanks for everything. Also, it has a car garage where parking in Ksamil is a pain.

First of all the management was wonderful. They were super helpful and welcoming. The location was 5 minutes far from the beach which car wasn’t needed. They’ also had underground parking.

Perfect location in Ksamil sheets were not changed with room make up. Breakfast choices were limited.

Housekeeping. They only made up the bedsheet, they did not even clean the bed, only fitting the bedsheet. They did not wipe the floor, we had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo every time we came back to the room every evening. The breakfast was not good as well.

Great location. Very nice rooms - good size and nice bathrooms. Comfy bed. Quiet. Towels only replaced every 3 days.

Hotel is new, clean and cozy. We had nice balcony with sea view. Staff is very friendly and helpful, host spoke good English. Location is top, it’s very close to the beach Everything was great. The only thing missing to my taste is coffee machine. It wasn’t working during our stay

Great location, very pleasant and friendly staff, very clean The price we payed was different from the price we booked...they charged us more than 20 € because we were paying by credit card... probably they have to pay taxes. I' m not sure if it's according to law. If you pay in cash, the price is the same. They should notice customers about it in advance...

Very close to the beach and the beach clubs, infrastructure is good and the hotel is very new. Big rooms, good bed linen, good shower and bathroom. Breakfast is the only down point, where you have to chose between savory or sweat options, have just 1 drink and everything else will be charged - even if you just want a coffee to start the day.

The hotel is newly built this very clean and has a nice view and location. Staff is super nice and available to answer all your requests. Overall worth the money they just need to fine tune some small details. I was surprised to pay more than the price agreed on the website because of the exchange rate, I would have liked to pay online before the stay so to ensure I would pay exactly what I booked. Also they should provide more toiletries they never refill them they just leave you with the toiletries you get on day 1. I also wished the breakfast would be a buffet or just more choice as it was always the same plate every day and the same choice between eggs or pancakes.

The hotel is located around a 5mins walk to the beach which is really convenient and it’s also close to all the restaurants.You can also borrow beach towels for your stay 7€ each which is really convenient. very thin walls could hear everything

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly kind and caring staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles. When I fell ill during our stay, they immediately offered paracetamol and checked in on me, which was a comforting gesture. The staff's helpfulness didn't stop there; they provided us with great tips about visiting Ksamil, enhancing our overall experience. Additionally, when we accidentally left our phone in a taxi, they swiftly contacted the driver and ensured we got it back. Their attentiveness and dedication made us feel truly cared for, and their constant friendliness made our stay all the more enjoyable. We can't thank them enough for making our trip so memorable!

It is 200 meters from Poda Beach, which is the best beach in my opinion. Bora Bora is also only 400 meters.
