For that price in Ksamil high season, it is very very good! Perfect location, good AC etc. Not negative, but good to know: there are no front desk or reception. You have to call the guy when you are there, so make sure you have data or possibility to make international calls. After I called the guy, he was there in 2 minutes.

Really nice and clean. The guy who manages the property is super friendly and helpful! Great that has an internal parking. Definitely recommend for a stay with the family! Only thing to mention is the shower who’s a bit uncomfortable but nothing major

we loved the location & the host (super helpful) The bathroom was a little wack (no shower cabin/ shower practically in the middle of the bathroom) Broken/ non working outlets in the entire room & Bathroom (dangerous in a very wet bathroom) The air condition is leaking on the balcony (which is more or less normal) but it creates a puddle in front of the balcony door, so everytime you walk in and out you either have wet feet going into the room (hence get the floor dirty) or on the balcony (hence get your feet dirty) The room was not once cleaned nor were the towels ever changed. The room doors are very very difficult to open & therefore every single guest is struggling to open their door. But the walls are thin and so you can hear everything, also the individual struggles of the guests to open the doors.

I went with my little brother and our stay was extremely comfortable. The directions were accurate, the hotel was easy to find, not far from the center at all. The beach was also close, only a couple of minutes away. I was also pleasantly surprised with the hospitality, we arrived earlier than expected and were allowed an early check in. The TV was malfunctioning, and we couldn't find a knife in the kitchen, as soon as I wrote to the owner he helped us in the span of minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet location, we walked 5-7 minutes to the beach with the child. Near supermarket, bus stops. Very hospitable host, we had everything we needed. We had a great rest!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ksamil, Albania, and it was a fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located near pristine beaches with clear turquoise waters. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had stunning views from the balcony. The staff provided exceptional service, were friendly and made my short stay very comfortable. It was clean and the cleaning servis worked here. The market is in the same building. The baby cot was confirmed but was not there. We managed but be carefull if it is essencial for you.
