This hotel was amazing! the room we were in was recently updated, good and the AC was cold. The overall hotel and restaurant locations were both in good spots close to everything and the beach area next to the hotel restaurant was great and my kids loved it. But what made this hotel and our stay amazing was the hospitality! Elizabeth was amazing and motherly and made our stay so enjoyable. She went out of her way for us when she didn't need to. We went to check out and the bus stop is next to the hotel and my wife was tired and the kids were rowdy, so I walked down to the restuarant to pay and check out. Elizabeth insisted that we get breakfast(which is included and good), sent a car for my family and even gave us a ride personally to the bus afterwards. THIS made our day, we can't thank her enough for how awesome she is! 5/5 stars if you are going to Ksamil you won't find a better place to stay.

Friendly accommodating staff, comfortable and clean room, fantastic and abundant breakfast—one of our favorite included breakfasts ever! The beach was pretty crowded and some distance from the hotel. Cash only, no credit cards. But for us, those trade offs were worth it for the value and the overall experience!

Location just close to center in a quiet area. Grocery stores very close by Need to walk about 10 minutes to the restaurant to have breakfast. The beach is very crowded and noisy

That the property has no elevator and the bathrooms by the beach they have no possibilities to change diapers for the babies

Elisabet was so kind and hospitable, always checking to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. Also, as travelers who are particular about the cleanliness of our rooms, we LOVED this place and felt so cozy as it was super clean. The lady who cleans the rooms (unfortunately did not catch her name) was amazing, always smiling and making sure we had towels replenished / every surface was clean EVERY DAY. I wish every place we traveled / will travel to had/has this amount of care and appreciation for guests. LOVED EVERYTHING!

The room and bathroom were both spacious and spotless, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also a highlight — everything was fresh, clean, and delicious. A special mention goes to Elizabeth, who was incredibly kind and always around to help with anything we needed. Her warm and genuine hospitality truly made a difference. We will definitely choose this place again for our future visits to Ksamil. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Albania. The property is managed by Elizabeth, an absolutely warm and welcoming lady who took great care of us throughout our stay. The room was of a decent size, very clean, and well maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable visit. What made the experience truly special was Elizabeth’s hospitality — she made us feel as if we were staying at home, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and caring atmosphere during their trip! Nothing to do with the stay but probably we missed the season time by just 3 days as it starts only in the month of May and we were here till 27th of April…
