Convenient Location

Very clean comfortable room, delightful breakfast with lots of options, warm and friendly owner, lovely pool. Parking garage and elevator was an unexpected bonus for loading/unloading luggage. Overall great vibes, service, and amenities. Thank you, Tony, for a wonderful stay in Ksamil!

The property itself was very nice, it was excellent to have a pool on those 32°C days. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options, and the host that we dealt with was very nice. Nice partial view of the ocean, and Close to many private beaches. Extremely comfortable bed! For some reason, we got bad odours coming from the bathroom, toilet, and in the evening there were strong cigarette smoke smells.

Short walk to the beach. The property was family owned. The bathroom got flooded every time you showered and no shelving in the shower for soap or shampoo products.

This is a family run business as many of the Albanian beach resorts. The property owner Toni placed our car on a very nice shadow place just outside of our room. The hotel restaurant staff were alltime smiling and helpful and very kind. The food (dinner, lunch and breakfast) served is good. The location of the hotel is very near, maybe a 100 meters to the famous beach promenade. Toni offered us to have shower and keep our car in the carpark after check-out time. We kept good memories in general about this hotel, its facilites and its staff. Actually we didn't find anyting wrong about this hotel. Maybe the shower cabin might have opening-closing doors instead of open type shower which causes nearby floor to get wet after shower.

While the hotel was close to the beach it was very busy. Driving was difficult and it was noisy, especially at night when the PODA dance club started up. The music could be heard in the room until very late at night.

Property was nice and great location but AC wasn’t working, tv wasn’t working, no one can be found in the lobby. We had an early ferry and I told the front desk. We arrived at 8 for breakfast and they did t allow us to eat until 830. There were at least 20 people waiting. We had to leave because of our travel times and we couldn’t have breakfast.

Awesome location and the staff and owner were amazing! Our son got sick on the day of the check-out and Toni welcomed us to stay longer past check-out time till our son got better. Will definitely return!

The location was near to the beach, and other facilities like restaurants,shops and nightlife. Had a swimming pool. The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist. They have the best cheesecake i ever tried .

The staff of the hotel are very nice people. The location also is very good, everything is around. nothing that was bbothering me, everything seems fine there.

Great location, beautiful sea view, excellent breakfast. The room was very clean, the towels and the sheets were changed every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We’re definitely will be back.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, close by the beach and other attraction locations. The breakfast simple yet delicious there may some other more options but even so was ok. The Stuff was helpful cheery. The view from the room also wonderful.

Very friendly host, it was the young woman, the wife. she was very helpful with all my questions. there was a fridge in the room. there were extra blankets and pillow there was a sofa. The couple I spoke to were really helpful. The room smelt of stale smoke not enough toilet paper the shower wasn't hot at 10am in the morning their was not kettle so to get a coffee first thing you have to walk a few minutes and pay at least €2.50 to eat locally is expensive and food wasn't. the best.

This is a well located family run place. We really enjoyed the location and the restaurant attached. Really lovely staff. Our room could be improved by adding mosquito screen doors so we could have the fresh air while sleeping.

I don't have enough words to describe how great our stay was at the Summer Hotel. They really look after us, the entire staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed, high pressure shower with hot water, and a large balcony with a stunning seaside view. The hotel is 2min from a paradisiac beach and they also own the restaurant in front of the hotel which serves amazing food at an affordable and fair price. Thank you so much for providing a remarkable holiday for us!
