Venti Et Maris

A modern and elegant hotel with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet area with secure private parking, just a short walk from Bora Bora Beach. The hotel is family-owned, and the hosts are exceptionally warm and welcoming. The freshly prepared breakfast is generous and an excellent way to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. i would gladly stay here again

The family that runs the business. They are lovely! They don’t speak English, but they make all the effort to communicate. Plus, there is this girl only for breakfast time who speaks English. Location was not the best. If you don’t mind to walk, it is possible to go to edge of the vila on foot tough. It takes around 15 minutes walking.

Clean, good and the people were the nicest we met in Ksamil The street was not ready as road construction is still not finished

The hosts were incredibly wonderful and went above and beyond to make our visit to Ksamil perfect. We travelled during the off-season, so the hotel was very quiet. Toward the end of our stay, they provided us with fresh fruit from their garden for breakfast every day. Berda would regularly prepare an omelette or a toastie for my husband each morning. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, featuring a memory foam mattress and pillows, which were amazing! It was just a 5-minute walk to the beach and local bars. We loved our holiday and will come back to visit again. I could find anything to complain about.

The beach was only a short walk away and the restaurants 5 minutes up the road. In Ksamil there are multiple beach clubs all in walking distance, the first from the hotel being a 2 minute walk. The hotel was in a more quiet part of town which really suited our needs. The breakfast every morning was delicious, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean. The hosts were incredibly lovely, always there if you needed anything. We all seemed to navigate not knowing each others languages too. Perfect hosts. Unfortunately we didn't get the best sleep as the pillows were uncomfortable, but that is just our preference. On arrival the host made it clear that they only wanted cash payment, which was never specified on the booking. Wasn't a big deal, but would of been nice to have known that in advance as that meant having to give over all of our cash and then having to pay ATM fees when drawing out spending money. We also found it a bit tricky trying to find the hotel (Google maps and Waze directed us to an adjacent road), we could see it, but couldn't work out how to get there. A sign on the main road will easily fix this problem. Our shower water always managed to find it's way out into the wider bathroom, a simple squeegee would of done the trick in gathering it up and saving the bath mat from being soaked every time.

Breakfast was lovely, if a little different. Very fresh and always plenty available. Fresh coffee too. The location was off the beaten track and very quiet. Ideal for a peaceful night. The track up to the accomodation is not well lit at all, but the welcome there makes up for that. The view from the rooftop was amazing but the seating and bar area did not appear to be in use, which was a real pity. Would have been an ideal spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets. The couple running the accomodation were absolutly lovely, as was the guy on reception. Loved our stary and Venti et Maris was the perfect base for us. A very noisy fridge in the room meant that we were often awoken during the night. We would have mentioned this but it felt petty, given how hard the owners are trying to attract visitors. Am sure this could be easily remedied and it was so lovely to have a fridge for cold water etc. The bathroom wasn't cleaned during our stay, but again, this felt petty. We asked for clean towels and these were given right away.

There was nothing we did not like

The room was really comfortable and the owners were really friendly. Just a short walk to one of our favourite beaches. Our room was only cleaned once during a 7 night trip - when it was cleaned it was spotless. The breakfast was limited.

Perfect location A little away from the main centre but still within 10 minutes walking along the beach or on the main road. Beakfast was plentiful and homely. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived to the day we left by the wonderful team, Georjie and his wife and lovely team of staff. Can't fault it. The rooftop terrace was an wonderful added bonus to watch the sun setting across the sea with a nice drink.

Our stay was wonderful. The owner and the staff were super sweet and helped us with everything we asked for, they even drove us to the buss station after we checked out. Easily the best service i have experienced! Breakfast was really good and if we wanted anything we just had to ask for it. A meny for the breakfast could have been a good idea so we could have a list to choose from.

We had a good 2 nights in Venti et Maris. Friendly people. Warm welcome. Good food. Best hotel in the area.

Absolutely new family hotel. Lovely owners, lovely place with cool terrace with a sea view. 15 min walking from the centre, few min walking from the beach. You can have breakfast for 5 eur. Room numbers are really cool! I was working - WIFI is perfect ?? All was good. the only thing is the way to the hotel, no road ? and if you are traveling alone it’s really a bit scary to walk there.

Spent 3 nights at Venti art Maris in Ksamil and was superb! Chorxi, along with two amazing ladies run the hotel. We felt like we were at home, they made sure our breakfast was cooked fresh in the morning and was delicious. The room was clean, spacious and with a nice balcony overlooking the mountain and a bit of the water. Perfect for a morning coffe or afternoon wine. The best thing about the hotel along with the comfort of the room and the central but quiet location, were the amazing hospitality we received. The staff made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. One morning even were given some flowers from their garden. Thanks Chorxi, Pauline and the other two ladies that unfortunately I forgot their names for having me and my mum!!

The bed was the most comfortable bed we had so far! The shower was also really good, and the balcony on the top floor was amazing. George and his wife(?) were amazing and helped make our stay more memorable and we loved trying the things George showed us. It was a bit difficult to find, Google Maps takes you to the wrong street and there is no signs

The staff were lovely. Breakfast had variety and the location was walking distance to beaches and shops. The room and bathroom was clean and very new. The lighting in the room could get quite dim and flicker darker and brighter, I’m assuming this was happening when there were multiple rooms on the property using power.
