Villa CACA

Room was updated. Air conditioning Very poor customer service with an attitude. If the owner is tired of tourism as a hotel owner, he should get out of the business. Wifi was horrendous, and there was no hot water at 8 am. When asked about the hot water, the owners response was, "What do you want me to do". Out of principal we will never even look at that hotel ever again.

Great aircon and lovely outdoor area. Comfortable beds. Short walk to supermarket and beach clubs. Market store handy for essentials. Staff lovely - minimal English but easy to communicate using translate app. We left items of clothing behind, and staff were extremely accomodating in organising us getting it back!! Kitchen was lacking utensils, oven trays and not enough cutlery/crockery for the amount of booked guests. €5 per wash in washing machine.

The room was new and very comfortable, everything was clean and organized. The host is very helpful and friendly. It has a private parking free for my car. Nothing

This hotel was in a quite are and very close with the center and the beach.The room was new and very comfortable. It have a big balcony with very beatiful view of the Butrint Lake and the mountin.Aldo was very friendly and a wonderful guy.He helped us with everything and also showed us everything that we can visit in Ksamil and Sarande. It also have a secure private parking. I would defenitly return there. Nothing. Everything was perfect

Nothing They sold us a room instead of the apartment. That type of room costs no more than 40€ in Ksamil, meanwhile we paid 120€. And the room we got is not even shown in the photos of their booking account. We had no other option, and they took advantage of this fact because we had a little child and we had to stay there. They are big cheaters. This is the worst accommodation we’ve ever had. Oh, and it wasn’t even ready at checkin time. Irresponsible people. We went out and came back in an hour and it wasn’t yet ready.

Had a wonderful stay in Ksamil. Facility was exactly as described.

The Villa was easy to find with google maps. The host gave us a very warm welcome and offered us a drink on the patio while our room was being made ready. The room was very clean on arrival. The balcony is very large. The Shop under the Villa is good. The Villa is in a quiet location but close to the main area within 4 minutes walk. The WiFi is good. Air con is excellent., There was lots of plug sockets. Beds are comfortable No complaints.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.
