Vila Shpetimi

The hot tub on the balcony and the view from the hot tub to the sea! Comfortable bed and very good shower. The best about the property was the family who gave us everything what we asked for and we received the best service possible. You might want to replace the water in the hot tub. There was lots of lime/calcium in the water which was a bit unpleasant on the skin.

Off the beaten track but fine and beautiful property

We had a 1 week stay at Vila Shpetimi. We liked a lot the atmosphere, it feels like home, very comfortable and welcoming. It was clean everywhere, and food was super good! Home made delicious food, for a very good price if you want to order something for lunch or dinner. Good wifi everywhere. Highly recommended! The staff barely spoke English, sometimes it was tricky to order something, but then I just used a Google translate to Albanian. Not a big problem

A great location, just far enough away from the busy centre to be calm and relaxing, but close enough to easily walk down for meals and a day at the beach. Amazing view from our apartment so sunrise, sunset and all throughout the day. A washing machine was a fantastic plus, as was having an oven and hob. We always managed to get 5 sun loungers by the pool and being able to use inflatables in the pool was fab. We all had plenty of space, but it would be good if it was clearly advertised as a double bed, sofabed and sofa, to use as a bed in the lounge.

The value you pay is worth it. In about 8 min walk you are at the center of ksamil and a few minutes more and you are by the beach. Has parking space, mini fridge with freezer and a very special touch, mosquito nets on all windows that lead to the balcony. This is a chill and quiet hotel, many families come here, but we went as a group of 5 young people and had no problems with noise. They have a bar/restaurant on the premises with better pricing than most restaurants, however if you want traditional dishes, you have to order them in advance. Finally, it is on a hill so it has a good view into the rest of the town.

It was not as we seen in the pictures so disappointed after visiting the property It was not as shown in the pictures no swimming pool facility available

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! Lovely family offered a warm welcome, very friendly. Apartment was as expected, amazing pool - Did not have time to dip in but we walked around and the property is beautiful. Very comfortable rooms, great shower. The breakfast set up in the morning was wonderful. my family enjoyed the breakfast especially a type of pastry bread (I do not know what it is called) in the basket was yummy. Definitely recommend this property to families and couples. Would love to stay here again. Not to far from the beach. Overall, excellent service! Thank you very much :)

Looks better in pictures, than in real life. Room was comfortable, but we were localised under the breakfast area, and you can't sleep through breakfast. Pool was private and there were plenty of sunbeds to use and they were also free of charge. There is a lot of noise in general in the area. Its not possible to read a book by the pool as there is music playing from 6 different places at all times - but the whole town is a music disaster with party music. Also it is not possible to go to the beach at all - except if you rent a sunbed in a crowded noicy place for a day (not worth), go to a smaller town instead. - except if you go to party.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, from arrival to checkout. Villa is modern, elegant and very clean, plus the room with jacuzzi has an incredible view on the mountains, sea and small islands. The host family could not be nicer. Its a little further from the beach (around 20min), but has a nice and calm location, and the view is worth the walk :)

Everything was superb! Room found super clean, comfy bed. Vila is really beautiful. Pool is super clear and clean! Staff are so lovely and willing to help 24/7. Vila is situated few minutes away from Ksamil beaches, trust me you need this so you can relax and enjoy your relaxing time here. 10+/10. Excellent! Nothing

Amazing pool and very nice beakfast. We appreciate being out of the caos of Ksmil. Very gentle stuff. Absolutely recomended!! We have to order dinner like 3 hour before the time of the dinner and that was a bit confusing

Staff and facilities were amazing. We were worried about the location and distance to the beach but the was fine and would highly recommend. Nothing at all

Amazing staff, especially the older lady, extremely hard working. She cooks, cleans, manages the place, and everything in between. Very nice and clean pool. Quiet and cozy place, and both rooms were great. The penthouse was extremely spacious and cozy as well. The location isn't amazing. It's 15-20 min away from the city center, and the way there is very difficult if you are drunk.

Its in a stunning location, you get amazing sunset views and the owners are so super lovely, with limited English The quality of the rooms, our bathrooms stayed leaking all the stay and the English barrier made i hard to be bothered to explain, not enough staff for such a big places, the breakfast was not great quality. you could see the family running the place were always over whelmed

What a special little hotel this is. Run by a beautiful family who cannot do enough for you. Excellent facilities and close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. Lovely breakfast and very tasty evening meals all homemade. Stayed 3 nights and wished I had booked longer. Will definitely be returning. That I had to leave!

So nice family hotel and personal touch from owners. Great pool, breakfast enough diverse. Option for food, drinks and free parking. 10 min walking to Lari & Paradise beach. Breakfast can be better
