HOTEL DENOEL

The front desk girl, the valet, maids and the breakfast crew were great. Friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good with a big variety. The room was clean and the shower was really good. This is a beach hotel, shouldn’t I say the beach? Nope the beach was shyte. Pure online hype. Human soup. AI photos. Dredged out with white crushed gravel added. Like cat litter. Soooo many sun beds. Crowed and over policed by shady staff. I don’t usually leave bad reviews. Seriously, check my other reviews. I’m generally easy to please and impress. Hotel: our “Sea view” 300€/ night room was facing the club Nextdoor. If you stood on the stairs to the loft you could see a sliver of water. We didn’t complain because we were there for the beach and aren’t fussed. THE ROOM WAS SO HOT. It was a two story room with really large windows, it was 36c when we checked in at 4pm and cooled to 32c by 8am the next morning after running the AC continuously. They give you one key card that powers the room so if you leave, and take your key, the AC turns off. I resorted to trickery to keep the weak ac on. No sound proofing of any kind. Loud music the whole time. Location: right next to very loud club. Loud techno all day, all night. Shady beach staff. I ordered two beers. Paid the Hotel Denoel staff guy with a 5,000 LEK note (approximately $60 usd). I asked for change, and it took 45 minutes and me standing around at the bar to get my change. Beach: saddest of all! Black sunbeds crammed together covered in white crushed gravel dust. There isn’t any sand just man made kitty litter gravel. Crochet umbrellas that didn’t provide any shade, and can’t be adjusted. Dredged out bay with dirty water. Silt from the crushed gravel. Photos with clear water must be AI. For clear water go to Dhermi. This was Gross, over crowded human soup. Techno all day and night. Jersey shore crowd. Sorry for the rant; I don’t want you to be disappointed like we were.

It was clean, staff was amazing especially Armando and the maintenance guy. Locations is so central and the beach is beautiful! Lack of elevator

From the owners to the maintenance’s people, everybody was incredibly kind. Lorenzo was awesome, helped me park my car when I had difficulties, took my bags up and down, etc simply amazing. Barbie and the cleaning girls were all Incredible. The front desk girl with glasses was always so sweet and helpful. What an experience. Hotel Is conveniently located far enough to be quite and close enough to the downtown to go on a short walk for dinner, ice cream and even convenience store, that in case you need to go out but hotel Restaurants are really good too. Beach was great and weather even better. 100% recommended!

The hotel was unsatisfactory. Building work constantly going on and construction. No Sun loungers or beach set up a part of what was advertised on the description. The hotel should not have been opened during off season. I stayed for one night on the 25th March and then checked out I was told by the hotel reception to cancel this booking on booking.com and then a refund would be processed. Construction taking place, with constant banging and drilling not fit for purpose as in off season, no Sun loungers. This should not be open during off season and was not communicated. Very poor. When discussed this with receptionist she said a refund would be processed and I checked out staying for one night!

Beachfront and super convenient. Best view with the balcony. Staff was so attentive and gave lots of recommendations. It really made my trip so much more special!

There are a lot of bars around, so in the high season it must be unbearable.

Before checking out I started getting notifications to leave a review. We continued travelling, and the notifications to leave a review kept coming in. Check out was quite early, 10am.

Rooms and the hotel are beautiful There was too much construction through the whole town and on the beach

The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to fully relax. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast, which offered a great selection of fresh and delicious options. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The location was also very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to get around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

The check-in was done much earlier than the indicated time and was very quick. The girl at the reception was very clear in explaining the schedules. The beach was beautiful and sandy, exactly like in the photos. Dinner was excellent, as well as breakfast. nothing

They make my check in really early and fast and the day of the check out they let me leave the luggage at the reception and use all the facilities of the hotel even if i have already check out from the room. breakfast was buffet with a lot of option of food to try. dinner was DELICIOUS a la carte. everything was good and near the center.

Breakfast is included but very basic , the worst coffee I have ever had , not worth the money , the room are not isolated meaning u can hear everything outside

The hotel was excellent – very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff do a great job! We had a beautiful view, it’s very close to the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff are very respectful and kind. The Hotel has a spectacular sea view and the breakfast there is very mouth-watering. Could add more foods to the breakfast such as beans and hash browns

More private compared to others but that means a little more difficult to travel to. Very clean and pretty with big rooms and good views. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and satisfying. Lots of families, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but extremely loud from 7-9 in the morning. Not a critique on the property, but good to know if you like to sleep in (which you won’t be able to). Sunbeds were a little dirty, so definitely bring a towel to lie down on.

The balcony and sea view . The beach was just few steps away from the hotel, which seems like that’s all they are selling. There’s a bit of a parking too and a restaurant close to the beach . Firstly the fact that they were charging an extra fee for kids above the age of 3 even after paying for a family room , I suppose a family comprises of mother father and children . Secondly , the phone in the room to call the reception wasn’t working . The Tv up in the bed room was not working . They were no hand soaps or bathing shampoos in the bathroom . Half used toilet paper, it seems the room wasn’t stocked before our arrival . The staff were not always available at the reception when we needed to ask for things.
