The location The parking is too limited

The receptionist is kind and polite. Parking. It's congested and has no control over the parking space. No parking when I come back from my dinner time. I needed a double park and trouble happened when I was in my bathroom doing my business, the receptionist called and asked me to move my car because somebody wanted to move out. It's terrible. I also cannot sleep well because thinking about maybe later the receptionist will call me again and ask me to move my car again because I'm double parking my car. Akar Hotel Kg Baru mgmt needed to find a solution regarding these parking matters. Urgently!

Maybe it's about time for the hotel to invest in new towels. I've been a regular client at the hotel for the past 4 years + -.. I can feel the difference there and then.

Very near IJN KL. Just about 5 minutes drive. A lot of eateries and stalls.

Location close to IJN Kuala Lumpur. Since my last visit... the place is now not maintained well. The air conditioning was noisy and I personally cleaned the air filters. The coffee making facility had just 2 sachets of instant coffee. No sugar sachets provided. There were no tea bags. Looks like the place has now become complacent. The TV channels were not varied and most of the time it flashed No Signal message. Truly disappointed since my last visit.
