I love the decor of the hotel. It has an opulent ambience. The lobby music can be quite loud at times, especially in the early morning. The doors also tend to slam quite loudly. I had a poor experience in the wee hours when people are entering and leaving their rooms.

Its in the middle of city centre but parking was provided (RM15 per entry). Staffs were friendly and helpful. Love the interior, bedsheets, room and towels smelled so good. It was right next to lrt but dont worry, you wont hear a thing.. Didnt pay for the breakfast because everything is walking distance.

Great breakfast - mine was included in the stay. The prices of the breakfast were also quite worthwhile. I had the Chili Crab Shakshuka and the Brioche Toast. If I had stayed longer I would have tried more. I stayed in a room overlooking the monorail, and it was a corner room with a curved window. The vibes of the hotel are great and I felt like I was brought back in time (in a good way). The room has warm lighting and a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed lying in bed watching the trains go by (with no noise). Curtains also had great blackout so I slept like a baby. Nothing comes to mind.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful decor and aesthetics. Central location. Fun places close by. Housekeeping could have done a more thorough job of cleaning all the spaces in the room.

Breakfast at the café was great, though a wider selection would be appreciated. The room was comfortable, but the lighting felt a bit too warm. The interior design was excellent, and overall, I would definitely stay here again. The shampoo and conditioner provided were disappointing- the conditioner felt more like shampoo and left my hair quite rough after use. It would also be appreciated if the room included a kettle and some tea bags for added convenience.

Check out time is too early between 12-1pm but if you check out late you will get charged NOT much but mostly hotels will not charge if your flight delay or something different reason

The city with train passing by the window. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold enough. The trees outside the room blocked the view and the curtains also blocked the view partially. There should be a rope to bind the curtains so that it won't block the view.
