Apart from location, nothing else was good at WP The rooms were never cleaned well. The internet was on and off. I remember one morning I wnet to reception and asked why the internet was not stable and the person at the reception told me its not their problem, the hotel was full, every one was using internet and so that's what it could handle ( in this afe and error). The corridors on the 11th floor where I stayed was licking with water, alot of water and no one care to come and stop or clean the mess, we literally had to tip toe in and out of our rooms. The breakfast was als9 not good. The juice was horrible.The towels were dirty. Instead of being white, they were cream turning to brown.

Everthoing was so excellent , specially i love the breakfast, the food quality so awsome. I like the breakfast & the house keeping department so experience and comfort.

Apart from the location, nothing was good about that hotel The facility links. i stayed on 12th floor with all my colleagues. The hall way was literally linking with water. The rooms are not cleaned well , the bathrooms were dirty, even when we complained, they promised that they would clean the rooms better but in vain. The reception staff are not friendly at all, probably there was a language barrier but i think they dont understand the hospitality business. The towels every morning had turned from white colour to cream of dirty brown. The breakfast was horrible. The hotel needs alot of revamping right from customer care to maintenance to food.

It is close to the Medan Tuanku monorail station. The staff weren’t welcoming.

Everything !! It was excellent, amazing staff, super friendly, they even change my sheets, towels and blankets everyday !! The restaurant also super delicious! Incredible all this hotel and I’m super impressed and happy. Nothing

Spacious rooms and a nice top floor pool. Cleaning stuff very polite and doing their job well. Smell in the rooms, especially bathrooms. We had to change 2 times. Reception stuff. Especially one lady. I had to ask for invoice many times and they did not want to give it (they said booking.com has to because Inlaid on booking, and booking.com said hotel has to provide it) - had to push booking customer service for 2 weeks after getting back home to finally get it and it was wrong - so gave ul.

Room daily cleaning is not satisfactory. Even tag is placed but no one come and cleaning.
