The hotel location is very convenient, especially due to the nearby Asian restaurants and the monorail station. The staff is very cooperative and honest. I would especially like to give a shout-out to Miss Amesha (hotel receptionist) for her honesty. During my check-in, I accidentally left my wallet at the reception, which contained my IDs, bank cards, and foreign currency. Miss Amesha safely kept my wallet and returned it to me. The only downside was the noise from nearby transportation. I believe this was because I chose a front-facing room, so it’s understandable. Other than that, everything was great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms were spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Nothing, everything okay

no breakfast - sound from back alley - noisy sound fm back alley - no car park

The location is terrible! As a solo traveler, I was a bit scared when I got there by myself. I didn't have any issues related to my safety, but I would avoid that region if I were alone.
-
Too loud in the morning, I think because of people check out and staffs have to check and clean the room. The location is a bit far from monorail.

Everything is well taken care of, the rooms are nice and cleaned as often as requested. The hotel has spaceous and comfortable lounge room suitable both for leisure and work. All the staff is nice, polite and always helpful. For the price it's an absolute bargain. The location isn't exactly a hot spot, but there's everything you might need right next door, 7-11, restaurants, pharmacy opposite, gas station and plenty of small shops. It's a walking distance to MRL station and Quill City Mall.

I checked in late (around 9–10 PM) after arriving from Singapore by bus. The reception was still open, and the staff was really nice and helpful when I asked a few touristy questions. Just a heads-up — they ask for a 50 MYR cash deposit at check-in (refundable at checkout), so be sure to have some on hand. After staying in hostels on previous trips, having my own private room and bathroom felt like a luxury! The room had a water heater, a bidet (though I wasn’t familiar with that type — turns out you have to twist the hook where the bidet is hanging to use it ?), and two complimentary water bottles that were replenished when I requested housekeeping on my third day. Towels were also changed then. There’s a water refill station just outside the elevator, which was super convenient! Location-wise, I think the green line monorail was about a 10-minute walk away. There were also some thrift stalls near the hotel on the way to the monorail. One day, I walked all the way from the Petronas Twin Towers to the hotel (would be around 20-25 minutes if you don't stop for pictures or food) — I passed the Saloma Link Bridge, Kampong Bharu (lots of local food stalls!), and even a small farmer’s market. It was a really enjoyable walk and gave me a better feel for the city. One thing I regret was not checking out their lounge or common area — it looked really nice from above, but I never got around to actually visiting it. I heard there were massage chairs too ? The soundproofing could be better. I could hear some noise from the room next door (though not full conversations), and especially from outside — cars, trains, motorcycles, trucks. Personally, I’m fine sleeping with background noise, but for light sleepers, just be aware. Also, on my third night, there was a sudden power outage in my room. I called the receptionist, and it turned out something in the fuse box had broken. Thankfully, their technician was quick to respond, and they had the part needed to fix it, so everything was back to normal in around 30-40 minutes. I wasn’t charged for anything, but it was just bad timing since I was already exhausted and ready to rest.

Nothing..

The café is closed due to a change in management. It is suggested that the hotel reopens the café to make it easier for guests to get breakfast.

The hotel is good. But if you stay in a room with windows, you will never sleep well. There is no soundproofing at all. All the noise from the street is in your room. Mopeds, garbage trucks at 7am, the train. So, take “no windows” room.

24h reception so late check-in was possible. Close to KLCC. Nothing special.

Best hotel from where all places can reach out. Good behaviour of your behaviour. Very cordial. ☺️ You can provide another 2 bottles of water on the 2nd day. That's all.
