Room and toilet clean. The towel is stained and dull. I need to use the iron, but I have to wait because another guest is using it. I’ll have to wait for my turn. The hotel should provide more irons. Parking - should provided for guests.

The hotel was easy to find and its is quite near to Monorail. There is also an elevator available which is convenient for travellers with large and heavy suitcases. We booked two rooms just recently. One double and one single room. First check-in is not guaranteed at the designated time as it mostly relies on availability and schedule of the previous occupant which is not ideal for visitors looking for a space at instant. Another problem is that the AC in the single room did not work the whole night and it was a huge inconvenience. Complained to staff and they said a person will come to fix it but no one came. Bathroom tiles and floors are somewhat broken and hallway is very humid. One malaysian muslim woman was also rude and careless, tried to inform her about the issue we faced in the morning but no apology or anything from her. It seems like she does not understand or just too ignorant to be apologetic at least. Another reason of not staying here anymore is that the location where the hotel in is quite sketchy. Its near to public market and vendors which I feel is not quite safe for travellers with small children.

Staff Attitude is very good, reception areas is good Air conditioners were not working on the first day but staff managed to change room after 2 hours struggle. Bathrooms were not cleaned

nearby chowkit market nearby pakistani resturants 2.2 km to pwtc tower wifi singnals absent,they are installing new wifi cpe in our rooms location but not completer in our stay duration.
