- Staff is helpful - Place and hotel are safe - walking distance to MRT - Plenty of places to get food and drinks, or convenient shops nearby - I still feel the cash deposit is annoying and usually not much occasion to use this cash when leaving. - Also 1 access card is not enough, almost 99% of hotels deliver 2 cards.

This hotel is on a hooker street, so beware of that. Also they try to charge for everything extra in this hotel.

Location, but not for family with children. - every guestroom (we occupied multiple rooms) has a lot of cockroaches - loud disco music noise during sleep time, every night - wet carpet on coridor, water dripping from leaking water pipe, on several places - hotel restaurant rejected me to order a cup of coffee (@ 7:30 am) for a reason they were busy preparing for breakfast.

Excellent location in Changkat bukit bintang. Near everything, walked daily to Pavilion only 5 minutes and many eateries and foot massage shops in the area. Best area to stay in. Very worth the price, room clean and neat as well. Some ladies in the front of the hotel entrance late night soliciting, hotel should try to do something about it.

Room, location, bed, AC, washroom, hotel standard, amenities - all top in class (Y) The people from reception need to be more cooperative, as they often dont receive call in case of urgencies. I talked to Ms. Anglela from the reception and she said the first time i called was earlier than her duty time on that day! Then i showed her the 2nd time i called which was her duty time, and she replied that people at reception are always busy...so! lol...that was not acceptable to be frank!

Location - being on Changkat road, close to all the nightlife, restaurants, etc. Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor are all within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I got a room on the 18th (topmost) floor, so the views were amazing. Considering how close this hotel was to all the nightlife, it was relatively quiet. Breakfast was alright, mainly chose it due to time constraints and for the convenience (paid cash on the spot). You may be better off going to one of the many other surrounding shops instead. If you plan to get out of the Bukit Bintang/Changkat area (to go to KLCC or something) using Grab, be prepared to bump into traffic on the way back (you may be better off to just be dropped off nearby and walk the rest of the way).

Bad service, unfriendly staff, and an annoying location. I don’t recommend it.

Everything was good, except for the fact that they only gave one card key, and one of us had to ask staff everytime to help with the card, as the lift was only accessible with the card. Raj and Bikram the staff there were very helpful and always accomodating. Since we were only allowed one key the staff that was working at night was rude when asked to help to open the room once that was the only experience i did not like.
