First time staying at this hotel. For me it's okay to stay for a day or two. The location is strategic, employees also provide good service. It's a pity for customers who have a lot of heavy bags to carry up to the room because the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The place to go to the hotel is a bit creepy because there are a lot of fake women. However, we can pretend not to see it.

The bathroom is quite clean for the affordable hotel like this. The room cleanness also quite impressive. The room facilities and amenities such as water heater also available properly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location quite strategic. Laundry service is available with affordable price. The noise from the next room even for small movement and when people talk at the outside room can be heard from inside. There is no lift available.

Nothing The stains on the walls, the towels given were in terrible condition, the bed had a broken leg. It was very hard to sleep.

Room looks old. Floor is shaking whenever someone walking in corridor.

Nothing except location. Very tiny room, wifi wasn’t working, no table or chair in the room, hand shower was broken. I booked for 2 days but checked out the next day. I tried to get my refund for one day. Contacted with booking.com and property but unable to get refund. Never go to this hotel there are many other hotels in that location with less price and better quality.

The location and the eateries nearby the hotel. The price is reasonable and value for money instead of going to Jalan Alor which is too crowded. Some noise on the ceiling.

THIS IS A WARNING FOR ANYONE WANTS TO STAY HERE,the place is reall dirty and NOT LIKE THE PHOTOS ,the rugs were not clean and bed ,A.C was not working and the bathroom floor was SLIPPERY which was very very UNSAFE and full of some oil ,the street where the hotel is is not clean and smells bad ,we had to leave and find another hotel that cost us almost the same amount but with a way better facilities and CLEANLINESS and a better view, also when we came back after 3 days ,we found that the key card we had did not open our room that we paid for and when checked with reception ,he stated that one of the other receptionists has recorded that we CHECKED OUT and that we lost our card knowing that there is a security deposit 50 ringgit which means we lost it ,the key card issue was solved at the same time and was given another room ,i would say that this has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at ,DONT BE TRICKED BY THE PHOTOS ,THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS
