Just simple hotel and good value for the price but just nice to rest at night The toilet bowl not function properly and the dustbin not be found anywhere. The bed feel not too cormfort

I stayed in a family room for a night. The ambiance were lovely the moment I entered the lobby. The staff were warm and friendly. The lift was clean and smooth. The room was spacious with a big wardrobe. They provide kettle and mugs. The bathroom were clean and hygiene, plus the towels provided. As a person with physical disabilities, I feel comfortable staying here... A place value for money ? The only thing I would suggest is that the mattress were quite old. It would really be helpful if it is changed.

Attitude of servants were polite.

Easy check in Tv was not functioning at all. 2 nights stay without tv. Asked the staff to look at the problems for more than 5 times but none of them go to my room. Disappointing.
