Customer service has not replied to my messages, and it has been 14 days, but my deposit still hasn’t been refunded.

In addition, I accidentally left a pair of pants in the unit after checking out. I contacted the staff about it, but unfortunately, I have not received any response to this day. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and poor customer service after check-out made this a disappointing experience. I hope the management improves both the maintenance of the property and their communication with guests. Before checking in, we were required to pay a RM100 security deposit for potential damages. Unfortunately, I still have not received my refund. I have provided my bank details multiple times as requested by the staff, but no action has been taken. It feels like they keep giving excuses and making the refund process unnecessarily difficult. This has been very disappointing, and I hope they improve their refund process for future guests.

Well, u c/out on the same day due to the toilet room are dirty n blanket smelly. Already informed the staff n no reply at all. My didn't receive my deposit yet. Never happen b4 as I booking through Booking dot com.

The House So Nice . Really Cold And The House Very Clean . The Owner Very Nice And Easy To Deal . My Recommendation This House Studio Very Good And Also Have Balcony . We Can Chill And Relaxing At The Balcony . The Views Very Nice .

Good location. We got a free parking lot and it was very easy access to public transportation. We were 'welcome' by stained sofa and the bedroom toilet was always with stinky smell even though it was clean.

Not at all I am not recommened this hotel, this is no any management for hospitality and help. Also the furniture is broken, and too much dirty and smelly rooms. There are spider web on the wall, too much dirty washroom. Also they didnt refund my security. There is no any facilty. It was my worst experince. I think I pay for horror room. I attached some photo you can check.

It was very clean, nice views and such! The water pipe in the laundry room is sort of broken & got leaks in the bathroom above.

The aircon upstairs was malfunction but the mgt managed to change the unit for us.

The accommodation can fit my family of 4 . I can say it’s comfortable Flooring in the room upstairs need to repair. The parking is so hard to find, i spent 30minutes looking for parking lot number, the guide given from video is different lot number. Gave only 1 key, very difficult to out at different times.

1. Location was great. 2. Near to amenities and MRT station 3. A pity if property could not be upkept well. 1. The walls nearing the air condition was left not maintained (Not Painted) when the AC was leaking. 2. The Upstairs toilet sink was leaking badly when sink was in use. 3. Upon checking in the unit, the floor was not swept nor moped. The floor and toilets observed with long hair. 4. Basic kitchen utensils were insufficient though some were provided. 5. Toilet amenities like bidet and towels are not provided well. E.g Bathroom Leg and Wet Towel are not provided. Therefore property toilet is slippery and dangerous to be used.

The apartments were filled with little cockroaches. The toilet stinks of pee. The water heater didn't work so well. There wasn't enough good pots and pans. Cutlery was minimal. The bathroom had no mats. We need 2 access cards and keys. And some of the lights was not working. No rack for hanging laundry.
