Very strategy location, i need all i want just a walking distance can get. Breakfast is few choices but delicious food The room door lock with number to access, not a good choices for older ppls.

The hotel is in the heart of Bukit Bintang and within 5 minutes by walk we can find many markets, the malls, restaurants, and everything we might need during the trip. The fact that there are 2 exchanges stores less than 50 meters from the hotels made us happy. The staff is helpful and the hotel security always smily. I'd recommend this hotel due to the location and cleanliness.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in terms of service, location, comfort, and amenities. Wickley, at the front desk, was great - people were complaining about the check-in time, but he remained totally calm and composed, and very professional. The rest of the staff were great as well -- helpful, answered all my questions, and attended to all requests. The restaurant on the 10th floor has amazing food, and the rooftop is an added bonus. I took advantage of the gym as well! All in all, this was a fantastic stay and I will definitely keep it on my list. Highly recommend! Nothing

The location is strategic, next to mall and shops nearby. I can watch Netflix in the hotel, where most hotel didn't offer such benefit. The breakfast is amazing, with the building view. Love it ? The pillow is too hard for my neck. I suggest try to change the soft one, coz I have headache for 1 day after that. I hope there is bidet pipe in the toilet in the future, coz it also crucial for Muslim's personal hygiene.

loved the bed and pillows. loved the quietness. loved the decor. loved that the toilet dries up very fast. loved that the staff were excellent and attentive. loved that the security guards were so kind and courteous everyday especially kushal. loved the lovation, very central. the price is slightly steep.

On top of that, the hotel offers great value for money — you get fantastic facilities without stretching your budget. Cleanliness was another strong point. The property was absolutely spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-located place to stay. The only small downside I experienced was the bed length, which felt a bit short for me, with my legs slightly hanging out while sleeping. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was exceptional.

Location was good, near major shopping areas. Lobby at 2nd floor, away from all the crowd on 1st floor. Support staff were friendly, rooms were clean. No table for writing / using a laptop. Location was more populated by foreigners, food was more to foreigner taste, night time could see gigolo / sex workings on the streets. Not suitable for family stays with kids / children.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable. Convenient area. Best for solo traveler and couples. Rooms need a little sound proofing. We can hear the neighbouring rooms tv playing.

the room was wayyy too dark like i get that's the vibe/atmosphere but it makes it hard to like, do anything (work-wise or otherwise), smell of smoke in the hallway (but it didn't get into the room)
