And for the bunk bed really not safety cause it may fall when climbing up the stairs, The room need to be more clean

It’s main door is secure with automatic locks and with CCTV cameras We asked to make up the room but no one did. Also we overheard one staff arguing with a customer.

I love the overall experience being at the hotel. The staff are amazing. The location is close to everything.

The staff was excellent and they are the heart of this hotel. I considered changing hotel and they were the reason to why I stayed. They did everything to accommodate me as best as they could when I raised certain issues and concerns. I was staying there for work as well and if you're going to be there for a long time, you will have Internet issues. I needed internet connectivity to do my job and my first few nights there, it was a challenge. I had to go and buy a portable router so that I could have consistent Internet without interruptions.

It is right in the center of bukit bintang so easy to go anywhere Not a big fan of the smell on the bed set and the toilet seat is too close to the sink it want the most comfortable thing.

You can’t ask for a better location. No window, room too small, manual lock did not work, toilet seat was too close to the sink, water pressure was too low.

Nothing Disaster. I went to check-in in the evening. They told me that hotel is full , because I didn’t answer the email about arriving time. They give my room.

Well considering this is a good place because nice view from reception and very cosy somethings like our style simple but moody. Organised room. Good manner staff and polite. We were happy Room size same as other hot place since low cost hotel

I had a five-night stay at this hotel and when I reached the hotel and checked in, they told me that if you cancel your booking, we will give you a bigger room. I said no, I checked through my booking app. The next time I received an email from the booking website saying that you have booked your hotel but haven't checked in. I said that I have checked in, so the hotel cancelled my booking. They said, ok we will contact the hotel. - Apart from this, the room size they had mentioned was 20 sqm of Queen Deluxe Room and it was actually 10 Sqm. I measured it with the Measuring tool and it was a 13 x 8 feet that is 10 square Meter room which was a very small room. So they just lied that the room is 20 square meters but in reality it was not. - Refrigerator in room was also not working. - There was no option in the washroom to hang clothes. The rest of the hotel is good in terms of cleanliness and location and price wise it is also good.

The reception is on upperground . To reach only by very small and high stairs. Bad with luggage. Not recommendable for persons taller than 1,70 m . Because the floors will touch your head ! Room service not good . The watch in the room does not run two days. One day no toiletpaper, other day not showwrgel , other day no tissuepaper. I booked a room with window , but they have not - for the same price.
