The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang, surrounded by many places to explore. It’s easy to get around during the day. However, at night it can be very difficult to find a taxi to go out or come back to the hotel because the street gets extremely crowded with people. The air conditioner in my room didn’t work. I told the reception, waited an hour, and nobody came. When I asked again, they said there was no technician, so they moved me to another room. The new room had no towels, and I had to go back to the old room to get them myself. Didn’t get to sleep until after midnight. Really bad experience.

Furniture is old and no refrigerator in room but room itself is quite large. Good internet. Can’t beat the location, in the heart of Bukit Bintang very close to Jalan Alor. Close to light rail and metro Only thing I don’t like are their towels. They are not good and will not get you dry

The location is one of the most advantageous, its near to entertainment, food and more. Jalan Alor is just a walk nearby, cafes nearby are excellent, 24hrs kedai mamak is nearby, 7e is across the street, Roti Cina Mon is jsut outside the door, at my 2nd stay i just discovered that patrons can use an open kitchen and laundry at the ground floor~but takes a looonnggg time to finish, took me 3 hours for laundry! but alas its an excellent location! There was no TV, the renovation is ongoing when i was there. The laundry time is horrible, 3 hours to complete using em x_X
