The staff No drinking water (the water dispenser, most of the time, was empty -and always unplugged) The shower in the room had no hot water (the electric heater had the cables disconnected) Dirty linen Cockroaches in room Claustrophobic room (with no window, causing non-pleasant odours) Very noisy room (right in front of the reception), can hear people outside the door whispering, as well as next-door guests talking and the vibration of their aircon/or some kind of machinery.

Very near to the city and easy to find food around the area, air conditioner is in good condition and the staff was quite friendly Didn't plan to stay overnight so still ok but maybe the management need to fix the light, water spray and also the cockroaches inside the room (althought it is small but way too many...)

Only few steps away from many different types of events on the road sides. The most important thing I like is the behavior of staff. Its make me amaze they way they deal with me and facilitate me. I also got free parking in the street. Behind the main road. The staff directs me about the free facilitation available nearby. I was having bad experience with booking dot com because they do wronf booking for me and it bother me alot. I would suggest to confirm booking from hotel as well right after getting booking from website by contacing them on whatsapp.

The staff was helpful and kind The parking was free for the public and it was full during my time. It was confusing because no proper parking arrangement booked for the customer.

Finally very bad hotel they stole the money from people Very bad hotel I book online and paid money I come at 9:30 pm and I the location it was deffeclt when I reached the location I don't find hotel no hotel there and try many times to call them but no one answere. After two hours they contact me by that application I told him what happened they said the hotel working and we have rooms empty and he said that is Not our problems also I ask him to refund The money they no have any refund. Finally very bad hotel they stole the money from people

The staff was friendly and helpful. Feels like talking to an old friend. Room service is good, can ask for extra blankets if needed. Bathroom facilities has a hot shower. Bed is clean. Best part is the location is VERY VERY close to popular malls and attractions. At night it sometimes get noisy but not that noticeable. Worth the time spent here and very enjoyable too. It's kinda hard to find the place at first. I got lost for around 10 minutes finding this hotel even though I used the navigation map. Need to ask locals around the area to get the exact location down. I suggest putting up a signboard or a paper notice somewhere so travellers can know where it is located.
