The most i like about the hotel is the location itself. Easy access with MRT. Also with car. Parking are provided by the hotel.

Nothing to good This is the first time I have been so disappointed with a hotel’s service. I have stayed at many 4-star and 5-star hotels in different countries, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Even before I checked in, I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double room. I contacted the hotel and asked if they could help me change it, but they refused. It was only after I contacted Booking.com and filed a complaint that the hotel finally agreed to provide me with a double room. During my stay, I was dissatisfied with almost every aspect of the service. The room was old and had a strong unpleasant smell left by previous guests, as if it had not been properly cleaned or deodorized before my arrival. In addition, although I had clearly placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, the hotel staff repeatedly knocked on my door and disturbed me. I felt that my privacy was not respected. Another disappointing experience was when I had some food and simply asked to borrow a spoon and a fork. The hotel staff refused without offering any assistance. This is a very basic request that most hotels are willing to accommodate. I would also like to add that the breakfast was extremely poor. There was very little variety, the menu was exactly the same every day, and there were very few dishes to choose from. Overall, this experience was far below the standard the hotel claims to provide. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the service and will never stay at this hotel again. I also cannot recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

The room wall is thin. The bathroom sliding door does not close properly leaving a big gap. Both pillows provided are high and the bed is a little hard for comfort.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, everything we needed was provided. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Nothing significant. Our stay was very pleasant, and we were satisfied with the overall experience.

After their renovation, the hotel looks so much nicer, modern, clean, and ofcourse very comfy! Food was good just need more breakfast options.

Just the location 1- At the entry a restaurant seems with Asian food, making to much bad smell. 2- there are no physical keys to open the door + no telephone just online barcode. 3- room service skip one day. 4- bed and room overall not very comfortable. 5- if you want to extend more hours just they give 30 minutes so until 12:30 only and the paid extension for just couple of hours equals more the booking new room for full day.

Although the windows provide good sound insulation, guests who are sensitive to noise may prefer the interior rooms, which may not have windows. * The bed is short for guests who are 180 cm tall or taller, and their feet may extend beyond the edge of the bed. * The washbasin is located next to the bed rather than inside the bathroom, which some guests may find slightly inconvenient

The location is in heart of the city center the reception team was very nice Small room small bathroom and the sink out of the bathroom

Very strategy location, i need all i want just a walking distance can get. Breakfast is few choices but delicious food The room door lock with number to access, not a good choices for older ppls.

The hotel is in the heart of Bukit Bintang and within 5 minutes by walk we can find many markets, the malls, restaurants, and everything we might need during the trip. The fact that there are 2 exchanges stores less than 50 meters from the hotels made us happy. The staff is helpful and the hotel security always smily. I'd recommend this hotel due to the location and cleanliness.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in terms of service, location, comfort, and amenities. Wickley, at the front desk, was great - people were complaining about the check-in time, but he remained totally calm and composed, and very professional. The rest of the staff were great as well -- helpful, answered all my questions, and attended to all requests. The restaurant on the 10th floor has amazing food, and the rooftop is an added bonus. I took advantage of the gym as well! All in all, this was a fantastic stay and I will definitely keep it on my list. Highly recommend! Nothing

I've stayed in many hotels in this area but this one stands out with modern interior and privacy.

The location is strategic, next to mall and shops nearby. I can watch Netflix in the hotel, where most hotel didn't offer such benefit. The breakfast is amazing, with the building view. Love it ? The pillow is too hard for my neck. I suggest try to change the soft one, coz I have headache for 1 day after that. I hope there is bidet pipe in the toilet in the future, coz it also crucial for Muslim's personal hygiene.
