False advertisement. It says there's free wifi. But it can't be connected at all. Plus, I can't even use my mobile data to get the internet connection. Lodged a complaint, but the staff said, "Internet memang mcm tu dekat sini". Lousy answer.

Easy access to diners, shops, etc Cleanlines. Cockroaches everywhere especially night time, dead cockroach at the lobby, dust everywhere. Lobby had terrible smell. Loud noise throughout the day from next door neighbor’s renovation works.

Handy location near the Bus Station and KLIA Transit station. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and Mini Marts Staff not very friendly.

The room is spacious. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The water heater & pressure are really good. The location of the hotel is superb.Many shop lots and various restaurants. The television. Minimal channels and the transmission is not very clear.

Its location. The AC doesn’t make cold at all. The bedsheets is dirty. I didn’t sleep well. I left before the date that I already paid.

Very bad smell on very bad smell on entrance floor carpet and also the rest room door too noisy. The door noisy Ike anything when trying to close and open. I have informed staff many times, but not action taken. Also, AC water was leaking in the room. It's not clean and very bad small.

We changed the room for 2 times. The first room was dirty. We were able to see cockroach on the floor. We requested for housekeeping but we were informed that there was no housekeeping service during the night (we checked in at night time). Due to this, we requested to change our room. The staff was friendly and helped us to change our room. The second room was a linked room (people can access from the room next door). Unfortunately, we found that the door closer of the room was spoiled. Means people can directly access to our room. No choice, we had to change our room again. The third room was smaller compare to the other two rooms but at least the condition was slightly better.

Its comfartable and so many store but the sound at the room uncomfortable during night so loudy..dont know what sound and suddenly akon hot...but so far so good

The bed is comfy. Hotel provided utility kit for use. The interior is simple. Location is top notch as it is near many restaurants. The water pressure at the sink is too slow. I can't wash my face there.
