Staff were very kind and cooperative. Mr. Aryan also upgraded our room and hotel id clean and worth staying. Location is close to monorail which is convenient to travel to bukit bintang by train and avoid traffic. Everything was good.

All is good I'm not sure, is it have a water heater or not because I cannot change the water temperature.

The bathroom is moldy...the floor full with dust...the air conditioning is horrible, it's hot...it's took 3 times for me to asked fix it....they took 1 hour to come...3 hours with no air conditioning... waiting for them...then I asked to changed room...really bad experience...

Only Location because of if someone want to go KLCC through walk so they can go very easy. Very Bed Hotel about cleaning no good internet service washroom is very dirty pillows also old not only one word I'll recommend only location

Location Temperature of room was set to super high. So it’s not really air con. Like 24-25 degrees. There’s a strong ceiling fan above bed. Husband couldn’t sleep that night :-(

Location is pretty good. Lots of eating options available nearby - which is important because this hotel doesn't have its own cafe/restaurant. LRT station is within reasonable walking distance. The bathroom is not clean. Didn't check thoroughly the room but on the surface it looks clean. The lift, as pointed out by other commenters, has a faulty display so you'll need to guess at which floor it is currently on. The parking space is tiny and very tight - if you're driving to this hotel, make sure the car is minuscule. The provided bath gel and shampoo comes in a tiny container and it hardly foams. Better bring your own. Toothbrush and toothpaste is not provided.

Let me tell you honestly the breakfast was not available and the other thing that I will say the location was not good and the hotel was extremely dirty extremely dirty you can't even imagine it's not a hotel actually it's a place where you can go for all the negative stuff, the bed sheets for dirty the bathroom sink was broken the shower was not working it was very dirty and I think they haven't cleaned it for one or two years then comes the windows you can't see outside the windows because it's just bad, the curtains are very dirty You will feel a very weird kind of sewage smell in every room that will nearly give you headache and it will just let you run away. I like nothing about this place and the hotel, the stuff was extremely rigid and they were not ready to give us our refund back we wanted to check out immediately after we saw the rooms and trust me It really broke my heart to be at that place

only the front office staff make my day and the pillow is bit comfy 1. lobby very in 'dark mode' - feels not safe at nite when u r at the lobby 2. basement car park is very risky for guest vehicle, cramp area, not safe 3. manual door lock not firm, can turn using a pin already make door open 4. toilet very dirty i.e toilet bowl had dusty water and the bowl have rusty color 5. lights in bathroom very dim, danger to guest and may cause fall 6. air cond remote control not functioning, air-cond not cold 7. my room have a back door to small 'terrace' which is the door can be open from outside 8. your hotel room advertisement is totally different from the actual whether in TikTok or in booking.com

Give me small room even though I'm booking for 3 person..need add money to get other room..room was smelly ..toilet also smells..check in 2 days but no have refill mineral water...ask the them...ask to pay additional for water... foregeiner people receptionist...not Malaysian people ...
