They changed my booking room from king bed to two single bed. This is not the first time but second time I stay there. When I arrived at the hotel the towel was wet. The lif of the hotel also took half an hour to go down.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. The room had a smell of cockroach droppings and urine, and the blanket, pillows, and bed sheets carried the body odor of previous guests without being replaced with fresh ones.The pillow was so hard that I had a sore neck after waking up

The door man named Raja was extremely helpful. He was always eager to render his assistance with every step. The non availability of rooms to extend our stay but I totally understand the high demand for Valentines Day bookings.

Becaful towards the parking facility , it a share parking lot and it not dedicated parking for guest hotel .Been scammed paying extra 2 hour for rm 25 at checkout time. Last time I'm coming here .
