Located in center city easy access to restaurants. Sogo department store. Everything in the room is minimal. Only 3 in 1 coffee is provided no tea. I don't drink coffee. No dust bin in the toilet.

Location, very close to masjid jamek station Cleanliness is absolutely horrible. Room 205, when I entered it had spider webs that stuck to my face. Then I noticed the smell of a room being closed for way too long. Then the floor, a bunch of hair from god knows who. Then the bathroom floor mat has dark stain on it. Then at night when I sleep the blanket made my body itch. I have very sensitive nose that reacts to dust so then blanket not only made me itch but also made me sneeze the whole night. Even worse, the room could not get enough WiFi because the WiFi signal was too weak! I booked that place specifically for an exam location nearby which I had to go the next morning, and for the WiFi facility so I could do my online study at night, but the WiFi totally failed me. Never to return.

Yes i like This hotel.. After check out my friend and me walk down the Street estimate 300m to the Sogo.. Also have many shop lot around.. Tq Frenzy hotel..

Staff friendly, location no doubt: exactly in the city centre surrounded with shops, restaurants and easy to get public transports. The room totally neat & tidy, clean and the bed was really comfort. Worth to stay & the price was quiet cheap. TV. I couldn't watch coz not clear. Please do something.

It’s cheap. There is no parking space nearby. If you want to park, there is one which costs RM25 overnight. We chose a little further parking from the hotel and had to walk longer to reach it. The bedsheets did not wash well. There are red marks (lipstick, I think) on the bedsheets. The toilet is not perfectly clean as there is some mould. The room is small as expected. I just hope we can have more space to put luggage on the table and not on the floor.

Overall, i gave 8/10. The location, rooms, and even lift, easier for the older. Plus, they even chater a van for us to go to the airport. Just one room, the aircond has a problem, i think. It was not cold, and my brother was sweating all night. Good for transit, but to stay longer was not a choice. Near to Sogo and shopping area.
